El presente estudio tiene como objetivo analizar la percepción de actores locales sobre el desarrollo turístico en comunidades de la parroquia Leónidas Plaza. El método descriptivo aporto de forma significativa a la investigación permitiendo además el desarrollo del cuestionario aplicar al tamaño de la población seleccionada. Se utilizaron el software REDATAM para determinar las variables rama y tipo de actividad y el SPSS 21.0 como herramientas para obtener información. Entre los principales resultados en las 43 comunidades resulto que el 68.2% reconoce que la actividad turística es una de las principales fuentes de ingresos de la economía, pero un 52.7% considero que no se siente satisfecho con el desarrollo turístico. El instrumento aplicado demuestro una fiabilidad es de 0,95 de 1, por lo que se concluye que hay que direccionar políticas sostenible que posicionen al destino turístico en la zona. ABSTRACT The objective of this study is to analyze the perception of local actors regarding tourism development in communities of the zone of Leónidas Plaza. The descriptive method contributed significantly to the research, allowing also the development of the questionnaire to apply to the size of the selected population. The REDATAM software was used to determine the variables branch and type of activity and the SPSS 21.0 as tools to obtain information. Among the main results in the 43 communities, 68.2% acknowledge that tourism is one of the main sources of income for the economy, but 52.7% believe that they are not satisfied with tourism development. The applied instrument demonstrates a reliability of 0.95 out of 1, so it is concluded that sustainable policies must be directed to position the tourist destination. El presente trabajo analiza estrategias de marketing de contenidos mediante uso de redes sociales como Facebook, Instagram y WhatsApp para un público objetivo con el propósito de comunicar y divulgar el servicio que presentan establecimientos comerciales de la parroquia Leónidas Plaza del cantón Sucre. El objeto de estudio permite conocer las estrategias de marketing para verificar su aplicación, sin olvidar que el marketing de contenidos facilita atraer y retener a los clientes con la constante creación de contenidos con la intención de cambiar y mejorar el comportamiento del consumidor a su favor. Los métodos de investigación aplicados fueron el descriptivo, analítico sintético, técnica de encuesta, entrevista, y la observación, además del método Delphi. El tratamiento de la información fue realizado mediante la herramienta estadística de ciencias sociales llamada SPSS, los resultados de la herramienta permiten concluir la deficiente aplicación de estrategias de marketing digital para la atracción de clientes potenciales por lo que es necesario que se dé a conocer las nuevas estrategias que se están aplicando en la actualidad junto a la tecnología como las redes sociales.
The hotel sector of canton Sucre has deficiencies in its infrastructure, especially in old buildings, the hotels were not built with all the technical standards. Additionally, they have deficiencies in quality standards and in the preventive maintenance of their facilities, which constitutes the greatest difficulties in offering the destination to the national and international market. The purpose of the study was to establish an improvement program to increase the quality of hotel services and positively influence the economic and tourist development of the city. The methodology used was descriptive, qualitative and quantitative methods with a sample of 30 tourists, which were tabulated through the SPSS Statistic, drawing conclusions that allowed analyzing the flaws of the hotels. The results obtained allowed verifying the deficiencies in the hotel infrastructure, little training for the personnel who work in hotel establishments. So they do not have the technical knowledge in Hospitality, therefore it does not guarantee the quality that must be offered to tourists, intensifying since the 2016 earthquake and recent rains
