Tourism destination is facing numerous crises caused by climate change, natural disaster, economic recession, instability political, internal turmoil and terrorism. These crises affect inbound tourism flows and consequently the tourism industry. New crisis as we know Covid 19 pandemic affecting many sectors, the most affected is the tourism industry. Purpose of this research was (1) to determine mitigation strategies of Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy amid Covid 19 pandemic, (2) to learn the adaptation strategy of community ecotourism to survive amid Covid 19 pandemic and (3) to analyze the implication of Covid 19 epidemic on ecotourism destination resilience in Papua. The research was qualitative research with descriptive explanation, and data collections used interview, documentation, literature study. SWOT analysis method to analyze strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of resilience ecotourism in Papua. The procedure of data analysis techniques in this research used (1) data reduction, (2) presentation data, (3) conclusions. The result of this study showed there were three adaptation strategies (1) physically (2) economically, and (3) social. Covid 19 pandemic gives big implicated to the economic sector, social and culture sectors on ecotourism destination resilience. Cancellations of guest booking and travelling restriction impact on community ecotourism lifecycle. Meanwhile, other industries such as geography, demography, natural resources, politic and security were not implicated by Covid 19 pandemic. Keywords: ecotourism, resilience, Papua, Covid 19
This study aims to determine the level of financial literacy and the effect of financial literacy and financial attitude on the financial behavior of young entrepreneurs. This study uses a survey method and a combination of data analysis that uses descriptive analysis to calculate the level of financial literacy and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that the financial literacy of young pioneering business entrepreneurs is in the moderate category, financial literacy does not affect the financial behavior of young pioneering business entrepreneurs, and financial attitude affects the financial behavior of young pioneering business entrepreneurs.
This study aims to identify tourism potential and a set of strategies for a competitive rural tourism development using a case study in Sukajadi Tourism Village, Bogor Regency, West Java. This study is a descriptive qualitative type with an exploratory case study approach. Primary data were obtained from deep field observation and interview with key informants, while secondary data was obtained from the results of literature studies and documentation. This research used identification analysis techniques of 11 tourism components modified from several experts, CHSE analysis, work program government (PROKER), market preferences, and SWOT analysis as well as SWOT Matrix. The result of this study was obtained great potential and 15 main strategies for the development of the Sukajadi Tourism Village which is currently starting to grow, namely making serious and aggressive efforts on the internal aspects of village tourism destination, as well as collaboration with tourism industry and local governments to create a competitive rural tourism destination. An active and aggressive strategy is needed for the development of Sukajadi village as a competitive rural tourism destination, based on micro and macro perspectives.
PT. XYZ is one paper company in East Java, Indonesia. The paper industry grows much wider opportunities to consumers to help select and purchase the product in accordance with the wishes and needs. This resulted in the emergence of competition between paper companies. Consumer expectations this time are getting a good paper and an affordable price, if these expectations are fulfilled then the customer will feel satisfied and by itself will refer to the paper company. PT. XYZ as the paper industry players feel that the best service quality to consumers is essential. The type of research used is applied research. The nature of this research is explanatory research which aims to determine the effect of service quality consisting of tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy to customer satisfaction and determine the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. This study determines the number of respondents 10 times the number of indicators (= 12 indicators) that is 120 respondents. The sample used in this study is a paper distributor that takes directly from the company PT XYZ in Surabaya. This research uses Path Analysis.There were 125 questionnaires distributed and those that met the requirements established 120 questionnaires. The sample used in this study is a paper distributor that takes directly from the company PT XYZ in Surabaya. Based on this research, it proved that the factors of service quality consisting of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy affect consumer satisfaction PT. XYZ, so the first hypothesis can be accepted. AMOS calculation results can be seen from the path coefficient of 2.468 was obtained with CR values of probability of significance is 0.014. The hypothesis was accepted with immediate effect from the factor of service quality on customer satisfaction by 0.602. Good service quality can give satisfaction to the consumer, but not necessarily lead to a loyal customer following consumer satisfaction. Based on the findings proved consumer satisfaction is not proven to influence consumer loyalty to the product of PT. XYZ, so that the second hypothesis was rejected. The path coefficient of 1.535 was obtained with CR values of probability of significance is 0.125. A hypothesis is rejected with a direct influence on customer loyalty on customer satisfaction by 0.202.
The food industry keeps on growing due to the needs of each individual for food to survive. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of aesthetics, serviceability, perceived quality and durability on the customer satisfaction of Le Fluffy Dessert. Population in this study is customers who already bought product of Le Fluffy Dessert. The number of the population is 53 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. This research uses total of 53 Le Fluffy Dessert customers as the samples. The data are collected using questionnaire. The technique analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that aesthetics and serviceability have no significant effect on the customer satisfaction of Le Fluffy Dessert. The results also show that perceived quality and durability significantly affect the customer satisfaction of Le Fluffy Dessert.
