The attention of all parts of perspective education system should be focused on promising information technologies -a catalyst for development. Presenting information as a new resource for society development, the authors determine the didactic basis for designing effective information educational systems. Universal didactic principles for information educational systems design have been developed, the details of which for discipline and for the subject adapt them to the university organizational and pedagogical conditions. The pedagogical management functions in modern educational conditions that determine the students' motivation and stimulation initiation mechanism for mastering a knowledge new system to develop the individual's creative abilities, self-development are revealed. The paper is intended for researchers, teachers, and specialists in the field of information educational technologies.
Currently, a high proficient level in a foreign language is one of the criteria by which the qualified specialist is assessed. Under given conditions of economic and world politics, Russia actively participates in the world community life and expands its international relations. These factors determine the increased demand for teaching foreign languages. The use of computers becomes the integral part of the learning process, and its use in the teaching ESL opens up new opportunities for educators and leaners in their studies and allows solving fundamentally new tasks in the methodology of teaching a foreign language. In the framework of the education system, the computer technologies in the educational process is being actively implemented. The research states the use of Web 2.0 services, and microblogging, in particular, in the process of teaching foreign languages, is an indispensable resource for the formation of communicative skills of students. The presented research paper examines the microblogging as the additional interactive technology for teaching foreign languages and as the effective tool for building the communication skills of postgraduate students of non-linguistic Universities. Due to the fact that the term "interactive learning" is increasingly used in the field of information technology, distance education, use of Internet resources and work online, the authors will consider the main aspects of the computer linguodidactics development as a basic branch of knowledge, responsible for the development of interactive learning ESL. The results of the research are possible to use in the course of the methodology of teaching foreign languages, in developing teaching aids and courses in foreign languages.
Hybrid learning is a modern trend in the organization of the educational process, the importance of which can hardly be overestimated in the constantly changing socio-economic and political situation in the world. This type of learning removes barriers and makes education accessible to anyone with the Internet connection. The opportunities that modern technologies provide to teachers and students are really important. Students can be involved into studying no matter where they are and what device they use. Hybrid classes and blended learning not only expand learning opportunities, but also help with certification of knowledge and skills. Educational partnership with business becomes available. The online accessibility of different courses from any device in any place is increasing, and proctoring is easier. Hybrid learning also enables the simultaneous work of online participants and in-person students in a joint educational environment.The aim of our study is to determine a set of tools for hybrid learning, which helps to increase the attractiveness and quality of education.The research methodsvarious approaches to the organization of hybrid learning analysis; introduction of selected tools into the learning process; a survey to collect feedback from teachers and students after they have worked together in a hybrid format; statistical methods for processing the obtained data. The study took place in the period February-June 2022 in groups of students of Kazan Federal University.The resultsthe authors overviewed different tools suitable for Hybrid learning and suggested using MicrosoftTeams to organize remote connection of students to classes held in in-person format; the Moodle platform for posting assignments, tests and proctoring; sites and applications such as Learning App, Miro and Quizlet for group work and projects.
