This study tries to explain the antecedents of task performance using Self Determination Theory from autonomy and relatedness elements that are often ignored in the work environment. The autonomy element is represented by work engagement and the relatedness element is represented by the coworker support. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of work engagement and coworker support on task performance. Thus, quantitative research methods were chosen because according with the research objectives. Yogyakarta Provincial Government employees who have worked for 2 years as many as 150 people are respondents in this study. The results of the study prove that work engagement and coworker support contribute to the improvement of employee task performance.

This study intends to obtain the impact of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and culture factor to women interest to take a part in pre – employment online training. This study used a quantitative approach and analysis used in this study is SEM Warp PLS 6.0 by collecting data to 300 sample by purposive sampling method. This study adopted Technology Acceptance Model by Fred Davis used perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use variable and collaborate culture factor as novelty. The findings in this study indicate that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and culture factor in a partial and simultaneous impacted to women interest to take a part in pre – employment online training in Serang City.

In running daily activities, people will always meet and interact with other people, and language is a medium that is used by humans to interact with each other. In a conversation or discussion, everyone should pay attention to the four maxims in order that there are no errors in communication. However, it is not uncommon that the four rules above are breached by the speakers. This is called non-observance of the maxims, and one of a non-observance of the maxims that often occurs in is flouting maxim. The aims of this paper are to describe types of maxims that are flouted by Sherlock Holmes and dr. Watson as well as to describe how the maxims are flouted in Sherlock TV series season 1. This research used qualitative descriptive method. The researcher classifies the utterances to know what kind of maxim which are flouted, categorizes those into the category based on the Grice’s theory of Cooperative Principle, namely: maxim of quantity, quality, relation and manner. The research procedure begin by searching the script in the internet, matching the utterances in the script and in film and sorting the utterances between Sherlock Holmes and dr. Watson as well observing every word or sentence which are flouted by the main characters. The findings find that all kinds of maxims are flouted by Sherlock and dr. Watson. The result of analysis shows that the maxim flouted when the speakers say something irrelevant; something roguishness or lied to hide the truth in the form of rhetorical question; the information becomes more or too informative than what is required; and something obscurity of expression, ambiguity, or unnecessary prolixity.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dalam bentuk pendampingan pembuatan Laporan Keuangan Sederhana Kelompok Budidaya Jamur Tiram Al Barokah Kabupaten Serang. Laporan Keuangan, yaitu catatan formal tentang keuangan suatu perusahaan, yaitu laporan tertulis yang mengukur kekuatan keuangan, kinerja, dan likuiditas perusahaan. Selain itu, laporan keuangan juga mencerminkan dampak keuangan terhadap transaksi bisnis. Dari hasil kegiatan pelatihan tersebut, para anggota Kelompok Budidaya Jamur Tiram Al Barokah dapat membuat buku kas utama yang merupakan gabungan catatan pendapatan dan pengeluaran, dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui lebih detail besarnya kerugian atau keuntungan. There are currently eight digital platform partners for conducting online training. The digital platform partner of the Prakerja Card provides 1,338 types of training from business to personal development. Furthermore, there are still five digital platforms that submit proposals to be able to join as partners in the Prakerja Card Program and there are 362 new types of training proposed by partners. With the increasing number of choices for the type of training, the partner anda organizers need to evaluate the factors determining the decision to take part in online training for women who have Prakerja Cards in Banten Province. The research approach used is quantitative. The population of this research is women who have Prakerja Card in Banten Province. The number of respondents in the study was 150 obtained by purposive sampling method. SEM Warp PLS  application is used for statistical data computation. The results revealed that the factors that could influence the decision to participate in training for women who have Prakerja Card in Banten Province were cultural, social, personal, and technological factors.
