Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kualitas pelayanan Kereta Ekonomi Lokal Lintas Barat, dan mengetahui indikator yang dapat menggambarkan dimensi kualitas pelayanan serta merancang usulan perbaikan kualitas pelayanan di PT. KAI (Persero).Metode Service Quality (Servqual) melalui 5 dimensinya digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kualitas pelayanan. Analisis faktor digunakan untuk menentukan indikator penentu dilanjutkan dengan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mencari faktor prioritas. Rancangan perbaikan diusulkan setelah melakukan analisis dengan Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Kuesioner disebarkan pada 393 penumpang Kereta Ekonomi Lokal Lintas Barat dengan teknik convenience sampling. Kualitas pelayanan Kereta Api Ekonomi Lokal Lintas Barat termasuk pada tingkatan sedang yang menunjukkan belum terpenuhinya kualitas yang diharapkan pelanggan. Terdapat 21 indikator yang dapat menggambarkan dimensi kualitas pelayanan dengan indikator terkait kesiapan petugas dalam mengarahkan tangga bantuan dari peron ke pintu kereta yang memiliki tingkat ketidakpuasan tertinggi. Usulan perbaikan yang menjadi prioritas berdasarkan hasil analisis QFD yaitu meningkatkan pengawasan pelaksanaan SOP dari para petugas.
This study intends to obtain the impact of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and culture factor to women interest to take a part in pre – employment online training. This study used a quantitative approach and analysis used in this study is SEM Warp PLS 6.0 by collecting data to 300 sample by purposive sampling method. This study adopted Technology Acceptance Model by Fred Davis used perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use variable and collaborate culture factor as novelty. The findings in this study indicate that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and culture factor in a partial and simultaneous impacted to women interest to take a part in pre – employment online training in Serang City.
Transportation is one of the factors supporting the economic activity of the society. However, the safety factor and the timeliness of transportation services are still a major problem, especially in West Java, Indonesia. The growing number of people and implications for congestion, making transportation service problems need to be addressed immediately. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the quality of transportation services through research conducted. The method used is Quality Function Deployment (QFD). With this method, research can generates; suggestions for improvement of service quality because it refers to the voice of the customer, translating customer needs into specific technical specifications in designing new processes, and helps in evaluating the policies that have been set. The data is recapitulated in the form of a house of quality that details the relationship between the voice of the customer and the voice of engineering of the companies. The results shows that QFD is useful for companies that manage transport services, among others, in terms of; focus on customers, because the results of collecting customer inputs are translated into a specific set of customer demands, time efficiency, QFD can reduce development time, as it focuses on specific and clearly identified customer demands.
This study considers how the direct and indirect impact from variable of advertising attitude, brand awareness, brands attitude to interest in using online investment applications. Quantitative method for data analysis using SEM Warp PLS 7.0 application with a sample of 103 people. The results of the study stated that advertising attitude had no effect on brands attitude, brand awareness had a significant positive effect on brands attitude. Brands attitude have an effect on interest in using online investment applications. Advertising attitudes have an effect on interest in using online investment applications. Brand awareness have an effect on interest in using online investment applications. Brands attitude cannot mediate the effect of advertising attitude on interest in using online investment applications. Brands attitude mediate the effect of brand awareness on interest in using online investment applications. Conclusion in this study stated that variable of advertising attitude, brand awareness, brands attitude had direct effect to interest in using online investment applications. In addition, brands attitude had indirect effect through brand awareness to interest in using online investment applications.
The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on many sectors of human life, especially the tourism sector. The existence of the PSBB followed by PPKM resulted in the closure of various tourism accesses which caused a decrease in community tourism activities which resulted in a decrease in income in the tourism sector. The condition of the lack of visitors was also experienced by the Pipitan Tourism Village. In a pandemic era like this, virtual tours are a solution that can help Pipitan Tourism Village to maintain its existence so that business activities in Pipitan Tourism Village will increase again along with the increasing number of visitors. However, the Pipitan Tourism Village Pokdarwis has a problem regarding the lack of Human Resources (HR) capabilities in developing tourist attraction products. These problems have become a barrier to the progress of Pipitan Tourism Village in the digital era as it is today. This condition forms the basis that it is important to carry out assistance from the Higher Education institution using digital marketing coaching and training methods and developing tourist attraction products in the form of virtual tours.
