Menurunnya tingkat produksi kopi robusta dalam negeri dipengaruhi karena banyak faktor, salah satunya adalah menurunnya sumbangsih hasil produksi dari tingkat kelompok tani kopi yang juga menunjang tingkat produksi nasional. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui prioritas upaya dalam peningkatan kinerja sektor hulu budidaya kopi robusta pada tingkat petani kopi robusta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah SWOT dan AHP dengan pengambilan data pada lokasi penelitian di Kelompok Tani Kopi Robusta Desa Sidomulyo dengan menggunakan metode wawancara kepada responden. Metode SWOT menghasilkan prioritas upaya perpaduan antara kekuatan dan peluang dengan bobot nilai 3,467, dan prioritas usaha yang dapat dilakukan adalah penyelenggaraan pelatihan dan penyuluhan. Pada metode AHP menghasilkan prioritas upaya yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini pada level kriteria yaitu optimis dengan bobot 0,6073 dan pada level target yaitu penyelenggaraan pelatihan dan penyuluhan dengan bobot 0,5272.
The purpose of this research was to analyze strategy of organic rice farming in Sumber Jambe Sub-District, Jember Regency. A purposive sampling method was carried out during this research and the members of "Tani Jaya 2" Farmer Group, Rowosari Village, Sumber Jambe Sub-district, which runs organic rice farming was the sample of it. The analysis method used in this research was SWOT Analysis (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). Matrics score of IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) is 2.566 dan EFE (External Factor Evaluation) is 3.032. Score position of IE (Internal External) in second quadrant to growth and build. SWOT analysis produced four alternative strategies are production seed development to increase the quality of organic rice, increasing storage capacity to fulfill the potential market, increasing production quantity of organic rice in Jember Regency, Monitoring and evaluating the S.O.P of organic rice farming.
This study is a study that aims to (1) determine the cost structure, (2) estimate the income earned and (3) determine the feasibility of the goat milk business. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis using the technique of sampling interviews directly to respondents using a questionnaire to people who are experts in their fields. The research location was in Burno Village, Senduro District, Lumajang Regency. Analysis of the data used in this study is the value of BEP quality, BEP Sales, BCR, Payback Period, NPV, PI and IRR. The results of this study found that (1) the highest cost structure was the cost of raw materials, namely feeding the goats in the form of calliandra grass and concentrates. (2) estimated annual income from the goat milk business is quite large. Whereas in determining the feasibility of the goat milk business seen from various values including BEP, BCR, Payback Period, NPV, PI and IRR values so that the business that has been carried out by Mr. Sumardi is at a reasonable level.
Organic rice agriculture in Jember Regency was first developed in Rowosari Village, Sumberjambe Sub-district in 2012, by “Tani Jaya 2” Farmer Group. The purpose of this research was to analyze the comparative and competitive advantages of organic rice farming in Sumberjambe Sub-District, Jember Regency, as well as the impact of government policies on organic rice farming. A purposive sampling method was carried out during this research and the members of “Tani Jaya 2” Farmer Group, Rowosari Village, Sumberjambe Sub-district, which runs organic rice farming was the sample of it. The analysis method used in this research was PAM (Policy Analysis Matrix). The results show that organic red rice farming in Sumberjambe Sub-district, Jember Regency had a comparative and competitive advantages which indicate by the organic rice farming competitiveness. The results of PAM analysis show that the policy impact on the output of organic rice farming had a positive impact on organic red rice farming, and the impact of tradable input policies had a negative impact on organic red rice farming. It can be concluded that the government policies on tradable input and output, while non-tradable inputs gave a positive impact on organic red rice farming in Sumberjambe Sub-district.
