Dysmenorrhea can affect more than half of women who have menstruation, and the reported prevalence varies considerably. The result of preliminary studyat SMPN 3 Pulung, Pulung Subdistrict, Ponorogo Regency, found that girls ofclass VII with a total of 53 students obtained data that 46 students hadexperienced menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) and 7 female students have notexperienced menstruation. There are two primary dysmenorrhea and secondarydysmenorrhea, the factors affecting primary dysmenorrhea are <12 years. Neverhave a child, long period, smoking, obesity, and secondary dysmenorrheaEndometriosis, adenomyosis, IUD, Ovarian cyst. So that students who experiencedysmenorrhea sometimes have to ask permission to not follow the learningactivities because they can not stand the dysmenorrhea they experience. Thepurpose of this study was to find out the Relation of Menstrual Pain(Dysmenorrhea) with Young Women Learning Activity. This research wasconducted at SMPN 3 Pulung Pulung Subdistrict Ponorogo Regency onFebruary 9, 2017 type of research used is analitik. In this study the population ofall VII class students of teenage girls who experienced menstruation that waspresent during the study of 46 female students, the method used this samplingtechnique Accidental Sampling, the number of samples is 46 students In thisstudy the variables are Dysmenorrhea and Learning Activity. And analyzed bySpearman Rank statistical test. Based on the research results obtained thehighest level of pain is severe pain with a total of 37 female students (80,4%), itis known that the study activity criteria is disrupted with a total of 40 femalestudents (87%) respondents. Based on the calculation of Spearman Rankstatistical P=0.000 is less than 0.05 (P˂0.05) which means that Ho is rejectedand Ha accepted, it can be concluded that there is a relationship of painMenstruation (dysmenorrhea) to the daily learning activity in the second gradegirls in SMPN 3 Pulung with the level of corelation of 0.602 which means thestrong level of closeness. It is advisable for young women to apply healthy lifestylesin order to reduce the occurrence of dysmenorrhea and learning activities willnot be disturbed.
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of cryotherapy in "See and Treat" program in Jakarta Primary Health Care. Method: Using descriptive cross-sectional design, data from medical records were taken with total sampling method. We took the VIA result, cryotherapy procedure, first-marriage age, number of marriage, parity, smoking habit, and the use of contraception. Data were analyzed univariately. Result: Of 86 data, the percentage of cryotherapy to change from positive to negative of VIA result was 90.70%. We did not find the progressivity to invasive cancer. Conclusion: Cryotherapy is effective to manage the cervical precancerous lesion in "See and Treat" program. The sustainability of hydrogen as an energy carrier depends on the production process and the source of raw materials. The choice of substrate in anaerobic digestion process plays an important role to maximize biohydrogen production because it depends on its availability and the composition of substrate. The purpose of this study is to design and construct a prototype reactor for biohydrogen production and to determine the potential of H2 gas production from anaerobic digestion process. This study uses an experimental research method with three operating temperature variations in the reactor, at the range of thermophilic temperatures, i.e. 55°C, 60°C, and 65°C. The substrate used was POME and cow dung, and the process was conducted in 24 hours which is assumed to be the stage of non-methanogenic within the anaerobic process. From this research, the prototype of continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) in batch system was made from acrylic, with a capacity of 6 liters biomass waste. Using the reactor, total biohydrogen gas produced during 24 hours process with cow manure as substrate was 0,0932 gram at 55°C; 0,0307 gram at 60°C and 0,0797 gram at 65°C. While, biohydrogen production using POME as substrate was 0,0645 gram at 55°C; 0,1708 gram at 60°C, and 0,0636 gram at 65°C. These results indicate the potentiality of POME and cow manure to produce biohydrogen gas during anaerobic digestion process.
This study aims to determine the direct influence of spiritual intelligence and peer relationship on economic learning achievement of class X SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung in the 2018/2019 school year. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study were all students of class X SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung in the academic year 2018/2019 with a total of 364 students. The sampling technique is proportional random smpling with a sample size of 190 respondents. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis, normality test, heterokedasticity tes, multicollinearity test, multiple regression analysis, F test, and t test. The result of this study indicates that: 1) spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on economic learning achievement, 2) peer relations has a positive and significant effect on economic learning achievement, 3) spiritual intelligence and peer relationship has a significant effect on economic learning achievement. In an effort tp improve economic learning achievement of class X students of SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung Academic Year 2018/2019, student is expected to be able to increase spiritual intelligence and pay attention to peer relationship that have a positive influence to improve learning achievement of economic subjects.Keyword: spiritual intelligence, peer relationship, learning achievement
The purpose of this research was to find out whether introductory videos in YouTube have effect on students’ speaking skill. The research was conducted using experimental research design. The population was the students of grade X at SMKS Muhammad Yaasiin Sei Lepan. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. X TKJ 1 was selected as experimental group and X TKJ 2 was selected as control group. Each class consisted of 26 students and the total sample was 52 students. Research instrument to collect the data was speaking test with the criteria of pronunciation, fluency, accuracy, and vocabulary. During the treatment, experimental group was taught using introductory videos in YouTube while control group was taught descriptively. The data obtained namely mean score of post-test in experimental group was 83.46 while 55.0 were the mean score of post-test in control group. Both groups mean score were analyzed using t-test formula. It showed that t-observed value was 11.05 and t-table value was 2.008 with df=50. By comparing both value, it was known that t-observed was higher than t-table (11.5>2.008). Therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. The research concluded that introductory videos in YouTube significantly affected the students’ speaking skill.
