The process of promotion required in every company. To perpetrating the promotion of position in company is required of job assessment objectively so this result will give proving truly. In reality the success of company affected to whom will lead the company because the assessment specifically is giving real evidence concerning been perpetrated. Thus, it required some various assessment criteria for specification working performance which is reflected to well-skillful of each personal to be promoted for position based on the expectation in the future. The assessment of specification job's performance uses ELECTRE Method. It uses seven elected specifications of job's performance that collaborated to Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) between Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and ELECTRE as preference data of analysis for specification job's performance of promoting position. The result found from the level by using Electre method to promote some position by using the specification of job's performance consecutively: First ranking by the number 2,60 for K.1, Second ranking have 0,19 for K3, the third have 0,14 for the K2, the forth have 1,25 for K1, and the last ranking have 1,68 for K4.

The current COVID-19 pandemic is still very worrying and still shows no sign of ending, the development of positive confirmed cases continues to increase every day, plus there are still many people around who wash their hands by touching hand washing tools directly. This is what makes the author to make hand sanitizer automatically. An automatic hand sanitizer that is used to help reduce or minimize direct contact in preventing the transmission of COVID-19 that is currently happening. Most hand washing tools, especially hand sanitizers, are used manually by pressing. Arduino is a single board microcontroller or board that is open source or open source, so we can use it or make modifications and it is specially designed to make it easier to create objects or develop electronic devices that can interact with various sensors or controllers, the hardware has an Atmel processor. AVR. Electromagnetic light which has a wavelength longer than visible light. One of the sensors that can be used to detect objects is an infrared sensor. Infrared wavelength is between 700nm to 1mm, that means this wave is longer than light wave and shorter than radio wave. This wave can be used as a short distance transmission medium because it cannot penetrate buildings and is susceptible to other electromagnetic waves. Infrared is in the frequency of 300GHZ to 400THz.

In line with the advancement of technology and science, parents should be able to easily find out the right pattern of children's learning styles, to make it easier for their children to develop their mindset and imagination in the world of learning. And one of them can be by using an expert system. The expert system for identifying patterns of children's learning styles is an expert system designed as a tool for parents to identify patterns of children's learning styles with a dynamic knowledge base. This knowledge is obtained from various sources, including research carried out by experts in their fields and books related to learning styles. The knowledge base is arranged in such a way into logic with several provisions including the vark method (visual, auditory, read, kinesthetic), in order to facilitate system performance in making conclusions. Drawing conclusions in this expert system use the certainty factor method. This expert system will display several questions as indicators of the characteristics of the child's learning style that are felt, then later arrive at the final question. In the final result, the expert system will display the types of characteristics of the child's learning style.
