Latar Belakang: Praktik keperawatan yang dilakukan dalam pelayanan hemodialisis harus sesuai dengan standar profesi maupun standar prosedur operasional dengan memperhatikan aspek keselamatan pasien. Preceptorship merupakan salah satu metode yang dipersiapkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan praktik klinis keperawatan. Tren peningkatan insiden ketidaktepatan insersi vena dan arteri pada pasien hemodialisis mendorong peneliti untuk mencari solusi dengan metode preceptorship. Tujuan: Untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan metode preceptorship yang sudah digunakan dalam kegiatan orientasi perawat baru pada Unit Hemodialisis di rumah sakit serta berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode: Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Berbagai faktor yang menjadi akar penyebab masalah dikelompokkan berdasarkan 5M, yaitu man, machine, method, material, dan money, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan fishbone diagram dan 5 whys analysis. Akar penyebab masalah yang teridentifikasi diprioritaskan sesuai kriteria Urgency, Seriousness, dan Growth (USG) melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang diikuti oleh pejabat manajemen rumah sakit dan perawat Unit Hemodialisis sebagai subjek penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil: Akar penyebab masalah terbesar dalam penerapan metode preceptorship di Unit Hemodialisis yaitu faktor sumber daya manusia berupa jam terbang dan jumlah yang kurang. Beberapa alternatif solusi yang dapat dilakukan antara lain perlu ditetapkan standardisasi dalam penerapan metode preceptorship terkait waktu pelaksanaan bimbingan, perlunya pelatihan komunikasi asertif dalam metode preceptorship untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan antara pasien dengan perawat, dibutuhkan penetapan target bagi perawat baru untuk melakukan tindakan keperawatan pada pasien hemodialisis, dan penyediaan fasilitas laboratorium untuk peningkatan keahlian perawat di bidang hemodialisis. Kesimpulan: Terdapat beberapa kendala dalam penerapan metode preceptorship pada perawat baru di Unit Hemodialisis. Kendala berupa teknis pelaksanaan bimbingan, perbandingan jumlah preceptor dengan perawat baru, pemenuhan kualifikasi sebagai preceptor, dan standardisasi untuk mengevaluasi preceptor maupun peningkatan kompetensi perawat baru yang dihasilkan setelah menjalani masa orientasi. Perlu disusun modul yang dapat digunakan sebagai standardisasi panduan dalam kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan berbasis metode preceptorship pada Unit Hemodialisis di rumah sakit.
In principle, a video codec is built by implementing various algorithms and their development. The next generation of codecs involves more artificial intelligence applications and their development. DCNN (Deep Convolutional Neural Network) is a multi-layer NN concept with a deep learning approach in the field of artificial intelligence development. This study has proposed a DCNN with three hidden layers for intra-frame-based video compression. DCT and fractal methods were used to compare the performance of the proposed method. The training image (obtained from the average of all down-sampled frames) is divided into several square blocks using the square block shift operation until all parts of the image are fulfilled. All pixels in each block act as input data patterns. After the training process, the trained proposed DCNN was then used to construct the feature and sub-feature image obtained through the max function operation in the feature bank and sub-feature bank. These feature and sub-feature images were then a spatial redundancy minimizer with specific manipulation techniques and simultaneously a quantizer without converting the frame's pixels to a bit-stream. The result of this process is a compressed image. Experiments on the entire dataset resulted in AAPR (Average Approximate Performance Ratio) of 147.71%, or an average of 1.5 times better than other methods. For further studies, the performance improvement of the proposed DCNN is performed by modifying its structure so that the output is direct in the form of feature and sub-feature images. Another way is to combine it with the DCT or fractal method to improve the performance of the result.
One important factor for the success of a company is employee performance. This study aims to analyze the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of quality of work life on employee performance at Hotel The One Legian Badung. This study used a sample of 72 employees which was determined by saturated sampling. The method used in this study is the method of interviews and questionnaires. Path analysis and Sobel's test were used as data analysis techniques. Research findings show that quality of work life influences employee performance positively and significantly. Quality of work life influences organizational commitment positively and significantly, organizational commitment influences employee performance positively and significantly, and quality of work life can be mediated by organizational commitment to employee performance. The target of quality service for Persada Hospital outpatient pharmacy has been achieved in which the average time spent on waiting for the non-compounded drug is 11 minutes and for the compounded drug is 25 minutes. That achievement has not been able to alter the perceived length of the drug waiting time at the outpatient pharmacy evidenced by the number of losses resulting from unattended prescriptions due to the long wait. This study is aimed to find out and analyze the main factors leading to the perceived length of drug waiting time at the outpatient pharmacy and come up with alternative solutions thereto. The employed method in this study is descriptive qualitative research comprising the observation, interview and the collection of secondary data. The researchers conducted an observation on the process and flow of the prescription service of the outpatient pharmacy and proceeded to the focus group discussion to discover the main problems using Fish Bone Diagram. The uncertain length of the wait time was found to be the major cause. To resolve the issue of the uncertainty of the waiting time, the Time Motion Study was conducted on the service response time as a follow up by providing the estimated waiting duration guide (information) for the outpatient pharmacy. This guide comprises 3 categories of the service waiting time of 10-15 minutes, 25-45 minutes, and 25-60 minutes.
