Banking is a financial institution that has an important role in the economic system in Indonesia. Economic development cannot be separated from the banking sector and various factors that can influence it. This study aims to examine the effect of third-party funds, capital adequacy and credit risk toward bank profitability. The sample used in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and not experiencing delisting during the 2013 to 2015 observation period. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis it can be concluded that third-party funds and capital adequacy partially have a positive and significant impact on profitability. Meanwhile, credit risk partially has a negative and significant effect on profitability
This study aims to discuss the impact of profitability, firm size and capital structure on firm value. The population in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in the 2013-2017 period. This research is quantitative research. With the method of data collection is documentation. The sample selection is done using the purposive sampling method, the sample is 40 companies. Financial report data is obtained from the official IDX website. The analytical methode used is regression analysis of panel data with the help of application E-Views 8. The result of the research show that variable profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, size firm has a negative and significant on firm value and capital structure does not have any significant influence on firm value.
This research is based on the not yet optimal performance of the South Padang sub-district office staff which is characterized by inappropriate targets and realization of performance. Based on the 7 target indicators of employee performance with targets from agency programs of 100, on average only 84% is realizedBased on this, there are three factors that are suspected of causing this including training, work ability and organizational commitment. So, this study aims to see the effect of (1) Training on the performance of South Padang Sub-district Office employees (2) Work ability on the performance of South Padang sub-district office employees (3) Organizational commitment to the performance of South Padang Sub-District Office employees (4) Training, work ability and organizational commitment have a joint effect on the performance of employees in the South Padang District Office. The population in this study were all employees of the South Padang sub-district office of 38 people. The technique of determining the number of samples using total sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression by fulfilling the requirements of the classical assumption test for normality, and multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The results of this study indicate that (1) Training provide a positive significant influence on the performance of employees of the South Padang Sub-District Office (2) Work abilityhas a positive influence on the Performance of South Padang District Office Employees (3) Organizational commitmenthas a negative influence on the performance of employees of the Padang Selatan sub-district office (4) Training, employability and organizational commitmentjointly have a positive effect on the performance of employees of the South Padang District Office.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi konsumen terkait etika pengecer online (CPEOR), e-satisfaction terhadap e-loyalty pelanggan di sektor retail online. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, metode penelitian menekankan pada pengukuran hasil yang objektif dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Tenaga Kerja Wanita yang bekerja di sektor formal Kota Padang. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 170 orang yang didapat dengan menggunakan estimasi interpretasi dengan rumus penentuan jumlah sampel maksimum untuk SEM. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif.Sedangkan sumber datanya adalah sumber data primer.Teknik analisis data dengan teknik statistik Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan bantuan program STATA 14.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa CPEOR dan e-satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap e-loyalty pelanggan di sektor retail online.Kata Kunci : Persepsi Konsumen Terkait Etika Pengecer Online (CPEOR), (E-Satisfaction) Dan Loyalitas Pelanggan (E-Loyalty).
