A comunicação dialógica como fator determinante para os processos de ensinoaprendizagem que ocorrem na capacitação rural: um estudo de caso em um órgão público de extensão localizado no interior do Estado de São PauloThe dialogic communication as a determinant for the teaching-learning processes that occur in rural training: a case study in a public extension located in São Paulo, Brazil
The objective of this article is to describe and analyze practices of a training course in animal welfare with a strong dialogical component, as offered by state rural extension agents to a manager and cowboy of a rural Brazilian cattle ranch. This case study is part of a bigger research project financed by Brazil's National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) on dialogical communication, or dialogism, as an alternative approach to the predominant diffusion of innovations theory employed in teaching-learning processes in rural extension worldwide. This case study seeks to demonstrate that the dialogical course of rational management practices and animal welfare contributes significantly in the joint development of a more sustainable livestock production that is both less violent towards animals and addresses social constraints between the subjects involved in livestock production. Thus, dialogism significantly improves existing communication barriers inherent in society and the overall quality of life of the cowboys in their workplace.
Brazil stands out before other countries for having a gigantic area for food production. Paraná is the state that stands out among the nation's states with its gross production value (VBP), which in these values are the agricultural and livestock productions such as poultry farming. Moreover, Paraná stands out for having a high solar irradiation, which leads rural entrepreneurs to seek the use of renewable energies as electric energy, especially photovoltaic energy. With that, the present study refers to a qualitative systematic review, whose objective was to conduct an analysis of the scientific production on the panorama of solar photovoltaic energy in poultry farming in the state of Paraná, in the period from 2012 to 2021. The bibliographical search was carried out in the databases: Scopus and Scielo including others described on the theme, searching for information from government agencies responsible for production indicators, growth and development. This review showed that the State of Paraná has a great potential for photovoltaic solar energy generation, by the levels of solar radiation which is inserted and also for having the largest poultry herd in Brazil.

The objective of this article is to share a theorethical-methododological proposal of extension in order to emancipate the small agricultural producers. From the theoretical referential of Paulo Freire, and understanding the teach-learning processes as praxis that results in a sustainable and more humanitarian society, we search by means of the dialogue to supply to small agricultural owners a model of development of products that takes them to produce foods with a bigger aggregated value and respect to the environment, but that at the same time turn them subjects of that process.
