Objectives: analyze the level of resilience of family caregivers of children and adolescents hospitalized for cancer treatment and associated factors. Methods: cross-sectional study, carried out in 2018, with 62 family caregivers in a university hospital in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. The instruments CDRisc-10-Br, SRQ20, PSS-14 and WHOQOL-Bref were used to measure resilience, minor psychological disorders, stress, and quality of life, respectively. Inferential statistics were used. Results: female caregivers, married, with one child and who practice some predominated religion. They were classified as having a moderate level of resilience (48.4%); with suspicion for minor psychological disorders (45%) and high level of stress (41%). In terms of quality of life, they were satisfied in the Physical, Psychological and Social Relations domains; and dissatisfied in the Environment domain. Conclusions: there were direct weak to moderate correlations between the level of resilience and quality of life and inversely with stress and minor psychological disorders.
Objetivo: Analisar a relação entre estresse e resiliência no trabalho em servidores públicos federais de uma instituição de ensino do Sul do Brasil. Método: Estudo transversal, realizado em 2018, com 526 servidores públicos federais de uma universidade do Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil. Utilizou-se questionário composto por variáveis sociodemográficas, laborais, hábitos e de saúde; e a Job Stress Scale e Resilience at Work Scale 20 - Brasil. Empregou-se análise estatística descritiva e multivariada. Para as associações, utilizaram-se os testes Qui-Quadrado de Pearson e Exato de Fisher, quando p<0,05, e a Regressão de Poisson. Foram seguidos os preceitos éticos da Resolução 466/2012. Resultados: Os servidores públicos apresentaram-se em trabalho ativo (23,5%) e com médio nível de resiliência (38,8%). Os servidores, em alta exigência (51%) e em trabalho ativo (26%), possuem prevalências mais elevadas para o baixo nível de resiliência no trabalho. Conclusão: Estar exposto a elevado estresse ocupacional pode influenciar negativamente no nível de resiliência do trabalhador.Descritores: Estresse ocupacional; Resiliência; Trabalho; Saúde do trabalhador; Enfermagem. Objetivo: Analisar a resiliência no trabalho e os fatores associados em trabalhadores do Serviço Hospitalar de Limpeza de um Hospital Universitário do Sul do Brasil. Método: Estudo transversal, desenvolvido com 149 trabalhadores terceirizados de um Hospital Universitário do Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil. Os dados foram coletados por meio de um questionário de caracterização sociodemográfica, laboral, de saúde e a Resilience at Work Scale – Brasil 25. Realizou-se análise descritiva e inferencial. Considerou-se associação significativa quando p<0,05. Resultados: Os trabalhadores do Serviço Hospitalar de Limpeza possuem média resiliência no trabalho (78,9 ± 11,5). Dos fatores avaliados, a realização de treinamento sobre riscos ergonômicos, mostrou-se associada com o maior nível de resiliência no trabalho (p=0,028). Conclusões: Os trabalhadores capacitados executam as suas funções com conhecimento e segurança, repercutindo em melhorias no processo de adaptação à situações adversas no trabalho. O desenvolvimento de estratégias, individuais, coletivas e de gestão, para a promoção da resiliência e saúde no intuito de favorecer ambientes saudáveis no trabalho, são importantes.Descritores: Enfermagem; Saúde do Trabalhador; Resiliência; Serviço Hospitalar de Limpeza. Conclusion: Trained workers perform their duties with knowledge and safety, resulting in improvements in the process of adapting to adverse situations at work. Se consideró una asociación significativa cuando p<0,05. Resultados: Los trabajadores del Servicio de Limpieza de Hospitales tienen una resistencia media en el trabajo (78.9 ± 11.5). De los factores evaluados, la capacitación sobre riesgos ergonómicos se asoció con un mayor nivel de resiliencia en el trabajo (p = 0,028). Conclusión: Los trabajadores capacitados realizan sus tareas con conocimiento y seguridad, lo que resulta en mejoras en el proceso de adaptación a situaciones adversas en el trabajo. This study intends to analyze the trends of Brazilian productions, based on theses and dissertations, about auriculotherapy. It is a narrative review, developed with theses and dissertations available in the Directory of Theses and Dissertations of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel. The search took place in January 2020, with the strategy “auriculotherapy” OR “auricular acupuncture”. After applying the selection criteria, 28 studies constituted the corpus of this review. Studies from dissertations (67.9%), concentration area in Nursing (53.6%), with quantitative designs (96.4%) and produced in institutions from southeastern Brazil (75.0%) were predominant. It has highlighted benefits from the practice of auriculotherapy regarding the physical, emotional and neurological health promotion, fighting chronic diseases, besides habits and health improvements. It is concluded that the trends of the Brazilian scientific productions demonstrate the use of auriculotherapy in different aspects, contributing to the promotion and recovery of the health of individuals.
