Abstrak: Uji kompetensi dilaksanakan untuk mencapai lulusan yang memenuhi standar kompetensi kinerja. Kompetensi perawat berorientasi terhadap kualitas kinerja dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan secara komprehensif. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahaui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi capaian kelulusan UKNI mahasiswa Program Profesi Ners STIKes Faletehan Serang. Penelitian berjenis kuantitatif dengan rancangan korelasi analitik melalui pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 106 responden yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan lewat angket. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Chi Square dan regresi logistik sederhana model prediksi. Hasil analisis uji Chi Square dengan α = 0.05, ketiga variabel diperoleh p value sebesar 0,804 (kecemasan dan dukungan keluarga), serta 1,00 (dukungan teman sebaya). Hasil analisis ketiga variabel lainnya diperoleh p value sebesar 0.034 (IPK Akademik), 0.000 (keaktfikan), dan 0.000 (try out nasional). Hasil analisis regresi logistik, teridentifikasi Odds-Ratio (OR) dari variabel keaktifan adalah 156.734. Hasil ini dapat dijadikan evaluasi dalam peningkatan capaian kelulusan UKNI yang merupakan tolak ukur dalam penyelenggaraan penjaminan mutu perguruan tinggi. Nurse competence is oriented to the performance quality in giving a comprehensive care. Study intends to identify factors influencing graduation achievement in UKNI of Nurse Profession Program students of STIKes Faletehan Serang. It is a quantitative study with analytical correlational design and cross sectional approach. Samples are 106 respondents who were selected by using total sampling technique. The statistical used are Chi Square and simple logistic regression prediction model. The Chi Square analysis result with α = 0.05 finds p value of the three variables are 0.804 (anxiety and family support ), and 1.000 (peers support). Besides, the analysis result of other three variables obtains p value of 0.034 (GPA), p value of 0.000 (liveliness), and p value of 0.000 (try out result). The analysis result of simple logistic regression shows that Odds Ratio (OR) of liveliness variable is 156.734. The research results can be an evaluation material to increase graduation achievement in UKNI are the benchmark of improving the implementation of university quality assurance.
This study aims to describe the development of religious and moral values in the family for children aged 5-6 years in Kartini Kindergarten Pontianak City. The research method used by the researcher in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative research form. The subjects in this study were the parents of 27 children from the Kartini Kindergarten in Pontianak City in class B1 and B2. The research location is on Jalan. Sentarum Lake No. 75 Pontianak. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation. The results of the study show that in general, through the example and habituation of parents who are practiced every day in the family, they can develop religious and moral values for children aged 5-6 years, with aspects so that children know their religion, so that children want to do worship, children can behave (honest, helpful, polite, respectful, sportsmanship and so on), so that children can maintain personal and environmental hygiene, know religious holidays, respect (tolerance) other people's religions.Keywords: Development, Family, Moral Values, And Religious
This study aims to determine: 1) the learning motivation of children aged 5-6 yearsat Sister Pontianak Kindergarten, 2) intrinsic motivation in learning in childrenaged 5-6 years at Sister Pontianak Kindergarten, 3) extrinsic motivation in study inchildren aged 5-6 years at the Pontianak Sisters Kindergarten. The researchmethod used is a qualitative method in the form of case study research. The datasources for this study were 3 children aged 5-6 years in class B2, class B2 teachersand parents of 3 students aged 5-6 years. Data collection techniques areobservation, interviews and documentation. The data collection tool used anobservation guide for children aged 5-6 years, an interview guide for children,teachers and parents and documentation. The data analysis technique uses thetheory of Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, datapresentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the learningmotivation of B2 graders was not maximized because 2 of the 3 children studieddid not have the characteristics of children who had motivation to learn and only 1child had maximum learning motivation. The intrinsic motivation in learning in the3 children studied is still not optimal because 2 students have less intrinsicmotivation and 1 child has maximum intrinsic motivation. The extrinsic motivationin learning in the 3 children studied was maximal. The conclusion in this study isthat the learning motivation of children aged 5-6 years in class B2 TK SisterPontianak is still not optimal, intrinsic motivation in children's learning is notmaximized and extrinsic motivation in children's learning is maximized.Keyword : Intrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic, Learning
This study aims to determine the improvement of social skills through the traditional game of spanking for children aged 5-6 years at the Santa Gemma Sekadau Kindergarten. The reason or the importance of researchers conducting research on improving social skills through traditional jumping spans is to find out how children's social skills increase when the learning method is applied through traditional games of spanning jumps at Santa Gemma Sekadau Kindergarten. The method used is descriptive method with the type of research used is classroom action research. The source of the data for this research was the 8 students of the B4 Kindergarten Santa Gemma Sekadau group. The collaborators in this study were the class B4 teacher, which consisted of 1 person. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques and document studies. The instrument of data collection was through observation sheets, and documentation. The results of the study show (1) Lesson planning is shown when the teacher can prepare lesson plans well. (2) The implementation of learning is shown when the teacher can carry out learning well in accordance with the plans that have been made. (3) The improvement of children's social skills is shown when children want to communicate and socialize, share, cooperate, and participate when playing with their friends.Keywords: Social Skills, Traditional Game of Jump Jengkal
