: AMPnoPRO, AMPPRO, Transfemoral Prosthesis, Mobility Level. Transfemoral amputation is the amputation of the limbs that is performed between the hips and knees This amputation is a state that affects the patient's unthinking life. The loss of the limb causes disruption of lower limb function, thus indirectly disturbing its mobility. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Prosthesis on the level of mobility ability of transfemoral amputation patient. The Amputee Mobility Predictor (AMP) study on improving mobility of transfemoral prosthesis users using one-pretest and post-test group design studies, one group pretest-postes design including preexperiments. This study used a cross-sectional approach. In this design is done pretes to know the condition of the beginning of the subject before being treated so that researchers can know the condition of the subject studied before or after being treated which results can be compared or seen changes. Nine Subjects aged between 17-27 years, Using unilateral transfemoral prosthesis, muscle strength stump≥4, Normal joint motion scope. From wilcoxon statistic test obtained t = -2.687 with p = 0.007, because p <0,05, it can be concluded "there is influence of transfemoral prosthesis to the level of mobility ability in transfemoral amputation patient". The prosthesis has a higher level of mobility than the mobility level with other tools. The difference in functional level of other mobility aids (ABM) is level k-2 whereas the level of prosthesis is k-3 level.
This study was conducted to determine the effect of independent commissioner, leverage and return on equity on voluntary disclosure with mandatory disclosure variable as the moderating variable. The population is a manufacturing company incorporated in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. By using quantitative analysis technique of multiple regression analysis, the researcher perform hypothesis test on research problem. Voluntary disclosure measurements were performed using items developed by Elsayed and Haque from the Botosan instrument. While the measurement of disclosure shall be made using an unweighted disclosure index in accordance with the latest regulations of the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK). Secondary data is obtained from the company's annual financial statements published in 2016. The results show that only Leverage variables significantly affect the Company's Voluntary Disclosure. In addition, the results indicate that the mandatory disclosure of the company does not moderate the Independent Commissioner, Leverage and Return on Equity relationships, neither strengthening nor weakening the relationship of those variables to the Company's Voluntary Disclosure. In addition, this study also shows that there is a significant difference between mandatory disclosure and voluntary disclosure. Then, for the impact of the use of certain public accounting firms, the results show that there is no significant difference to mandatory and voluntary disclosure of companies that using "Big Auditor" and "Non Big Auditor".
The ability to think logically is one of the complex skills of the 21st century that is important to prepare for the world of work. But in fact students' logical thinking skills tend to be low because the learning model applied by the teacher tends to be monotonous so that understanding of the material and student activity becomes less. The STEM learning model with the socioemotional approach is one model that can solve these problems because it is an innovative learning model that is also integrated from several socioemotional-based disciplines that emphasizes student activity and is based on real-world problems so that it is suitable for improving logical thinking skills. This study aims to determine the relationship between the STEM learning model and the socioemotional approach in improving logical thinking skills. This research uses quantitative method with Quasi Experimental Design research type . Data were obtained from class VIII MTs Ma'arif Al-Mukarrom through observation and tests. The instruments used are learning tools (syllabus, lesson plans, and LKPD), observation sheets of student activities and implementation, and written tests of logical thinking skills. Data analysis using T test and N-Gain. The results showed that the implementation of the STEM learning model with a socioemotional approach was 89.50% and student activity was 90.84% in very good criteria. The T test results show a significance of 0.003 less than 0.005 so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between the STEM learning model with the Socioemotional approach in improving logical thinking skills, also the N-Gain Test proves that the STEM learning model with the Socioemotional approach is more effective than the conventional model in improving logical thinking skills.
Pengambilan keputusan merupakan suatu proses menentukan pilihan berdasarkan pertimbangan untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Dalam menentukan keputusan, setiap individu atau kelompok memiliki gaya yang berbeda-beda. Gaya dalam pengambilan keputusan meliputi gaya direktif, gaya analitik, gaya konseptual, dan gaya perilaku. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana gaya pengambilan keputusan yang ada di MTs AL-Mukarrom, Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Lokasi penelitian di MTs Al-Mukarrom dengan responden Guru sejumlah 35 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan angket. Instrument mengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kuisioner gaya pengambilan keputusan. Teknik analisis data mengacu pada model Miles dan Huberman dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Adapun teknik keabsahan data dilihat menggunakan ketekunan dalam mengamati, triangulasi, dan member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya pengambilan keputusan di MTs Al-Mukarrom menggunakan kombinasi antara gaya perilaku dan gaya direktif.
Pembelajaran daring merupakan pembelajaran jarak jauh yang memanfaatkan media internet untuk berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi antara pendidik dan peserta didik atas kebijakan dari pemerintah akibat Pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan dari penyusunan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif pembelajaran daring yang dilaksanakan yang telah menimbulkan banyak dilema dan untuk mengetahui pandangan serta persepsi dari peserta didik terkait pembelajaran daring apakah menjadi beban atau batu loncatan yang akan membawa perubahan bagi dunia pendidikan. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengamatan dilakukan di MA Al-Mukarrom kepada 22 responden baik laki-laki maupun perempuan dari seluruh kelas. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pembelajaran daring dirasakan masih menjadi beban peserta didik karena belum optimalnya prosedur dan proses dari alur pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring.
