The purpose of this study is to develop a methodology for assessing the impact of various factors of consumer choice on the competitiveness of residential facilities. One of the key factors in the work is the presence of a developed transport infrastructure. As a result of the study, their functional interdependencies were determined, an algorithm for assessing and analyzing the competitiveness indicator of the construction object from the point of view of the consumer was developed.
