The authors propose to consider the digital transformation of education as logistics view, looking at educational logistics like an activity to provide the student with all the necessary educational resources. Usually the problems of education are considered from the standpoint of pedagogy, didactics, and psychology. Logistics is usually associated with the tasks of supply of products. However, logistics is the solution of optimization problems of different processes. The subject of optimization can be the educational process. The advantage of the logistics approach in education is that it is possible to move away from the traditional humanitarian aspects of the relations of the participants of the educational process in order to focus on structural problems and management features. Traditional educational logistics involves the logistics of study groups. Pedagogy works to align all students in the study group. All curricula are based on the study group as a unit of development. If the student fails to integrate into the study group, then he or she is individually pulled up by personal teacher, or picked up by another study group. Digital technologies allow to develop the personal educational logistics — individual development of each student as a new task of new education. Digital technologies blur the boundaries of educational organizations, so there is a wide range of groups of different levels and composition. Instead of fitting the student to the study group, it is possible to fit the groups to the student.
Increase of complexity and uncertainty as well as demand for personalization (including in education) urges universities to pay attention to educational subjectivity and its development; to transfer towards individual / collective-individual educational navigation and flexible systems of educational programs management (including formation of temporary learning groups, supply of required educational resources in due time, protocols of appraisal and mutual offset of educational results), what determines the relevance of the research. Usage of logistic approach enables to distinguish the pedagogical and management objectives of educational activity organization as well as to facilitate personalization of education. The article considers an educational profile as an instrument of personal educational logistics in digital educational environment, presents the preliminary terms “digital track”, “portfolio”, “profile”. The authors also dwell on the requirements to educational profiles development and scenarios of handling them in digital educational environment taking into account domestic and global experience of educational profiles’ implementation.
The article describes the logic of the development of the model SKQIiSPEC (“Personality diamond”), including basis of its construction and approach to practical implementation.The relevance of the article is based on the problem of reveal and support of the development of educational agency, the formation of system competencies of self-determination, goal setting, productive action and reflection.The purpose of the research described in the article is to develop a model of the educational personality profile for managing educational activity and the development of personal potential, adequate for supporting educational agency.Novelty of the suggested approach is represented by developed structure of educational profile of a student SKQIiSPEC and its specially selected elements. The model is synthesized on the basis of the following key ideas: (1) model of personality competence iSPEC, (2) model of “education” via semiotic systems, (3) distinguishing of competences via types of solved tasks and (4) distinguishing of main activity type. The model integrates selected ideas with qualitative differences opposite to comparing evaluations. Therefore, “Personality dimond” provides sufficient depth and conciseness for monitoring of navigation of a student on its individual/collectively-individual educational track as well as for creation of possibility to be used in various systems for assessing educational results.Practical significance of model SKQIiSPEC is based on potential usage for mapping of educational ambitions and demands of personality, creation of educational strategies for collective-individual and individual tracks, organization of personal educational logistic. The usage of digital technologies enables automatisation of educational profile model for educational activities’ management.
Introduction. The implementation of the strategic priorities for the development of education in Russia, as well as the changing demands of interested participants in the educational process actualize questions about the performance of educational organizations, how to measure them, as well as modern education management practices. The use of only normative and criteria-based assessment does not allow achieving the key demanded educational result – the active behavior of the student, because requires different approaches to the organization of educational activities, the construction of collective-individual educational routes, the creation of opportunities for self-determination and self-realization for both students and teachers. The purpose of the article is to describe a model that reflects educational results as a personal potential for a number of parameters of different directions. Materials and Methods. Local and global practices (assessment, evaluation, target and value of learning) have been analyzed. Revealed trends and failures were used as base for new assessment model. Results. The authors researching a lot of evaluation models formulated a simple criterion for the applicability of assessment tools in the form of “the complexity of the tool should not exceed the interest in its results”. The proposed model claims to have a reasonable balance of complexity and informativeness: on the one hand, the structure of the parameters is multilevel, on the other hand, it is visualized like octahedron – a diamond crystal. The choice at each level is simple as dichotomy which allows it to be considered an indicator. It should be used as basis of digital learning profile. Discussion and Conclusion. The conclusions made by the authors contribute to the development of tools for assessing the educational result, focused on active educational behavior and using the digital environment for monitoring and accounting. The materials of the article can be useful to teachers and administrators who are interested not only in the traditional sign of compliance with the final tests, but also in the development of educational subjectivity that supports and develops the activity of students.
