The research method used a quantitative approach, which the sample of in this study were 100 Stdents of Faculty of Economics of Mercu Buana University (MBU), Jakarta, academic year 2019/2019 as the representative of the population of Faculty of Economics at the same year. Data collection techniques using interview and questionnaire. The questionnaire survey instrument was delivered to the respondents. Data were analyzed by using structural equation model (SEM) with the Smart PLS3.0 software program. This study reveals that the global mindset significantly influence to entrepreneur self-efficacy and to Entrepreneur Intention. Otherwise, entrepreneur moti-vation has no significant effect to entrepreneur self-efficacy and to entrepreneur intention. Self-Efficacy significantly mediate Globbal Mindset to Entreprepr-eneurial Intention, but it does not significantly mediate Entrepreneurial Motivation to Entrepreneurial Intention. Other finding, Global Mindset and Entrepreneurial Motivation are simultaneously and significantly influence Self-Efficacy; and three of proposed variable are simultaneuosly and significantly influence Entrepreneurial Intention. Refers to the research finding, the main factor to anyone to become as an Entrepreneur is mindset. Thus, one should have been involve with Entrepreneurship activity trough first hand experience from a young age
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, career development on job satisfaction, and the effect of compensation and career development together on lecturer job satisfaction at private universities. This research uses quantitative methods with a total sample of 98 people spread across private universities in Serang City with B and C accreditation. The analytical tool used in this study uses multiple regression with the SPSS version 24 tool. The results of this study are compensation influences on lecturer job satisfaction, career development influences on lecturer job satisfaction, and compensation and career development together influence lecturer job satisfaction.
Health services, especially hospitals, are facing significant changes in the industrial era 4.0. Hospital digitization is responsible for building green hospitals and improving service quality in the era of modern technology. Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) is becoming known as the HRM concept that encourages employee commitment and environmental aspects. GHRM is an HR management system suitable for organizations, including hospitals that have a significant environmental impact. Hospitals are very dependent on the quality of service provided to their customers. GHRM as a management model in hospitals is very important to encourage hospital digitization and service quality. This research was conducted to answer the gap in hospital research in seeing the effect of GHRM on service quality in digitizing hospitals in the industrial era 4.0. GHRM and Service Quality is used in the healthcare industry to test its application in hospitals in Indonesia. They are using the SEM PLS method, a variant-based structural equation analysis that focuses on predictive models, to look for predictive linear relationships between variables to process data for 1004 respondents from 19 State-Owned Enterprises' hospitals throughout Indonesia. This research can an-swer research gaps related to the effect of GHRM on Service Quality and Hospital Digitalization in Indonesia. Based on Hospital Digitalization, GHRM affects Service Quality, which is closely related to environmental problems.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor Service Quality akademik dan menganalisis hubungan Service Quality akademik dengan kepuasan dan loyalitas mahasiswa di Universitas Bina Bangsa. Ini adalah penelitian penjelasan dengan populasi mahasiswa semester Ganjil Universitas Bina Bangsa, tahun akademik 2018/2019. Sampel penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling dengan total 200 responden. Data dianalisis dengan Equation Model Structure (SEM) yang terdiri dari model pengukuran dan model struktural. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan System Quality akan dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan siswa tetapi belum tentu dapat meningkatkan loyalitas siswa secara langsung. Secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan siswa, loyalitas siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui System Quality. Meningkatkan Information Quality baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas siswa. Service Quality di perguruan tinggi menjadi sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas siswa.
