Theoretical Framework:During Covid-19, IndCzech invented numerous digital business transformations to maintain its sustainability in the global economy. IndCzech’s digital innovations (New normal) through online safety study workshops, business meetings, Factory Acceptance test, 3D Model review, Design review, Quality audit, project implementation and business transformation through work sharing possibilities in different places, integrated work culture, changes in native infrastructure have been analyzed the possibilities to implement. Based on the study, conceptual model proposes with Digital innovation, Business Transformation, Emotional Resilience, Challenges in workplace and Organizational growth. Design / Methodology/approach:129 agile leaders in the workplace in MSME sector data’s were collected through questionnaire and data analyzed with descriptive analysis, t-test, one way ANOVA, Correlation analysis, Regression analysis through SPSS and SEM model through SPSS AMOS. Findings:We found that Digital innovation and business transformation with emotional resilience are positively linked with organizational growth. Research, Practical & Social Implications:The purpose and implication of this empirical study to highlight on one’s agile leader’s emotional resilience in workplace (IndCzech) and their performance through digital innovations and business transformations and recommend government and MSME to improve organizational growth. Originality / Value:Agile leaders in Engineering service industry and their emotional resilience during pandemic period were not evaluated and it added value in the engineering service sector to mitigate their issues to have better business sustainability and organizational growth.
Purpose: The study aims to determine the employee work contentment level, the relationship between work contentment, and the various variables among the nurses and paramedical staff engaged in the Healthcare industry. Theoretical Framework: Work contentment in a healthy work environment is a critical factor that indirectly affects the employees' dedication and loyalty to the organization, and it improves the motivation and productivity of the employees. The undivided commitment of an employee could be well performed based on his or her high level of satisfaction at the workplace, leading to increased work output. Job security, skill and ability application opportunities, pay compensation, supervisor support, working conditions, job characteristics, relationships with coworkers, and job duties all impact job satisfaction at work, inevitably leading to increased enthusiasm and enthusiasm motivation. Based on this study, this research determines the work contentment level of the nurses and other paramedical staff working in the Health care industry. Design/Methodology/approach: The research conducted was a descriptive cross-sectional study based on a questionnaire Method. The study sample was selected using the Simple Random Sampling method. Findings: The study shows that there is no discrimination between employees when it comes to their gender or their designation. There is sufficient information provided to the employees by the management. Due to this fact, the employees are content with their role in the hospital. They feel valued for their efforts and ideas. They are satisfied with the amount of work allotted to them. They clearly understand what is expected of them as they get good communication from the hospital. Research, Practical & Social Implications: The purpose and implications of this study are also to determine if various factors such as motivation, communication, workload allotment, and participation in management decisions affect the work contentment of the health workers and recommend the government to improve the health industry. The production of the company is always higher when work satisfaction rises. People typically work more when their bosses have faith in them and give them recognition and rewards, which increases their passion and motivation. Originality / Value: Researchers studied this research to check the work contentment level among the nurses and other paramedical workers in the Health care sector and the various factors that affect work contentment which still needs to be evaluated. It added value in the healthcare sector to mitigate their issues and career development.
Objective: The main aim of this paper is to categorize the different contributions to the transformation in robotics in the form of Digital twin, automation, and MSME entrepreneurs' emotional intelligence and their performance in the service industry. Theoretical framework: The first case is, Industry 6.0 would achieve Entrepreneurs' performance (EP) through complete autonomy through implementing full robotics. The second case is Emotional Intelligence (EI) made industry 6.0 to achieve positive performance for the whole period. Method: Based on the extensive literature review (between 2012 and 2022) and study through Scopus journals, concept studies, and case studies of Industry 6.0 predecessors and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the market, this paper highlights the present scenario of autonomous robots. Results and conclusion: The first point summarizes the outcome of the categorical literature review and highlights the novelty of the findings. The second point highlights the type of robots used to make this happen for Industry 6.0. Implications of the research: Only some service industries started utilizing autonomous robots and collaborative robots to fulfill every day operations performed by them with human mind management for attaining the complete autonomy of automation and robotics in each service industry in India. However, many things could be improved to implement this. Originality/value: Automation and Robotics system implementation and Industry 6.0 in the service industry were not evaluated before and it added value in the service industry to alleviate their concerns to have Business sustainability, environmental friendly and competitive in the market.

Among this industry, as per McKinsey's Global Energy Perspective 2022 [12] and global energy statistics and facts, more than 50% of primary energy consumption is through Oil & gas, and our society consumes Oil & gas energy for our daily basic needs. Oil & Gas industry requires plant design software to catalyze its optimization and growth. Plant design software builds the plant in 2D and 3D complete design (Design, Construct and Operate) from the process, Health Safety and Environment (HSE), piping, pipeline, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument, and Civil & Structural. Plant design software utilizes innovative technologies, including Artificial intelligence (AI), Machine learning, the Internet of Things (IoT), Virtual reality (VR), and augmented reality (AR). To maintain business sustainability and autonomy, MSME Entrepreneur implements new technologies through digital transformation to have digital reality and optimization with high accuracy and precision. MSME Entrepreneur's emotions play a crucial role in this plant design software implementation in the energy industry. This research reveals the plant design software utilized in the energy industry and MSME Entrepreneur's emotions to maintain business sustainability and autonomy. Furthermore, suggest that the government could alter the current policies to support the PAN India program in developing plant design software to promote MSME Entrepreneurs in small and medium service business.
