Currently, Computer simulation has become an essential part of nanotechnology and engineering and science. Digital analysis of components, in particular, is important when developing new products or optimizing designs. Today a broad spectrum of options for simulation is available; researchers use everything from basic programming languages to various high-level packages implementing advanced methods. Though each of these techniques has its own unique attributes, they all share a common concern. Hence, the paper present a COMSOL simulation on nanostructures, the past and recent development nanostructures design and simulation for nanogap, nonporous, nanowires and carbon Nanotube.

A simple design of a microchamber for use in reacting assays with limited sample availability has been proposed, analyzed using COMSOL 3.5 Multiphysics simulation and fabricated using soft-lithography technique . The design is based on differential pressure drop flow using capillary effect concept which has facilitated a number of interesting flow phenomena in micro-domains. For an average pressure drop of about 100/m in the setup, flow rates of bout 0.5 to 0.8 μl/s were obtained. The component a microchamber, three designs were tested (50, 70, 90 microns in width) to give a continuous open circuit flow. The system was designed and fabricated for continuous flow across sensing element where there is a requirement for low residence time due to fast reaction/diffusion rates. Also in this paper, is a sensitive and selective, also rapid, reliable, cost-effective, and suitable for in situ analysis polymer biosensor for new bio molecular approach for cancer and cancer related diseases detection at the early stage is demonstrated.
The simulation of Cherenkov light Lateral distribution function (LDF) in Extensive Air Showers (EAS) initiated primary particles such as primary calcium, argon, proton iron nuclei, neutron and nitrogen have been performed using CORSIKA program for conditions and configurations of Tunka133 EAS Cherenkov array. The simulation was fulfilled at the high energy range 1014-1016eV for four different zenith angles 0o, 10o, 15oand 30o. The results of the simulated Cherenkov light LDF are compared with the measurements of Tunka133 EAS array for the same particles and energy range mentioned above. This comparison may give the good ability to reconstruct the energy spectrum and mass composition of the primary cosmic ray particles in EAS. The main feature of the given approach consists of the possibility to make a library of Cherenkov light LDF samples which could be utilized for analysis of real events which can be detected with different EAS arrays and reconstruction of the primary cosmic rays energy spectrum and mass composition of EAS particles.
We investigated into report a study biosensor based on silicon into an effect on the dimensions of conductance design and simulation nanowire surface with molecular DNA for sensitivity. In the design nanowire of A biosensor with 3 layers starting with polyisilicon nanowire of radius 8 NM surrounded by a 50-nm electrode layer, and the substrate by a 300nm. COMSOL Multiphysics software used to provide interaction with molecules such as DNA and the distribution of the electrostatic potential in the narrower due to the dimensions, surface nanowire charge was computed using Poisson equation with Boltzmann statistics. In the result of the effect geometry was also studied and the different dimension yield different space charge and the surface charge at interactive site were also investigated and the study demonstrate steps wise identification of all critical parameters for (DNA) attachment with surface nanowires.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
