Pedagang kaki lima (PKL) merupakan salah satu fenomena di perkotaan yang selalu menarik menjadi topik diskusi dan diteliti. Kesempatan kerja di sektor formal di kota yang terbatas menjadikan PKL sebagai alternatif bagi masyarakat untuk memperoleh pendapatan. Aktivitas PKL dikategorikan sebagai informal, tumbuh secara spontan, mudah cara pengoperasian dan kadang kala tidak ada prosedur standar yang mengaturnya. Ada kalangan yang mendukung bahwa keberadaan PKL di ruang perkotaan karena dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi keberlangsungan kehidupan perkotaan (livability). Namun ada juga yang mempermasalahkan keberadaannya dengan alasan ruang kota menjadi tidak teratur. Di Kota Banda Aceh, PKL tumbuh menyebar dan mendominasi ruang publik di sepanjang koridor jalan. Kajian ini bertujuan mengungkapkan faktor penyebab, cara pemanfaatan koridor jalan yang didominasi oleh pedagang kaki lima serta dampak positifnya terhadap livability dan keberlanjutan kota. Penelitian memilih PKL pada satu koridor jalan di Kawasan Masjid Raya Baiturrahman, Banda Aceh sebagai studi kasus. Pendekatan penelitian metode campuran diterapkan dalam penelitian ini, data kuantitatif dan kualitatif diperoleh melalui observasi, pemetaan, photo-trekking, dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi deskriptif, guna mengungkap keterkaitan antar fenomena. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fenomena PKL pada kawasan studi kasus memberi kontribusi kepada keberlangsungan kehidupan kota dan menjadi generator kegiatan pada siang dan malam hari. Di sisi lain, tempat tersebut menunjukkan tingginya tingkat ketergantungan tempat bagi PKL untuk memperoleh pendapatan.

Abstract This research aims to find out the implementation of Think-Pair-Share technique on speaking skill in improving speaking skill of Physics Students of Tadulako University. The research applied quasy experimental using t-test statistics with non-equivalent control group design. The samples were chosen purposively. The researcher intentionally selected Class B as experimental group and Class D as control group. The instruments of data collection were test to measure students’ speaking. Data were analyzed by using t-test. The result of students speaking skill after taugh by Think-Pair-Share Technique has been improved. It was found that the mean score of students’ speaking skill in experimental group posttest (70.50) is greater than the control group (67).  The comparison result through t-test indicates that tcounted value = 3.255 > ttable value = 2.002. Therefore, the implementation of Think-Pair-Share technique has improved  students’ speaking skill of Physics Students of Tadulako University. Penny stock manipulation refers to unethical and illegal practices in the stock market which involve the manipulation of share prices and trading volumes with the aim of generating undue profits for the manipulators. The purpose of this study is to detect manipulation of penny stocks in Islamic stocks registered on ISSI in 2022. This type of research is qualitative research using technical analysis of candlestick indicators, moving averages, and volume. The results showed that there was manipulation of penny stocks in Islamic stocks including shares of PT Winner Nusantara Tbk (WINR), PT Wahana Pronatural Tbk (WAPO), PT Damai Sejahtera Abadi Tbk (UFOE), and PT Sunter Lakeside Hotel Tbk (SNLK) companies. This stock has a low market cap and liquidity, candlestick patterns and volume detects movements that tend to fluctuate, and is included in the UMA (Unusual Market Activity) list which has unusual transactions. In the context of Sharia, penny stock manipulation can lead to doubts and distrust in the Islamic capital market as a source of investment that is in accordance with Islamic values. This underscores the importance of upholding the integrity of Sharia-compliant capital markets and implementing strong supervisory mechanisms to protect investors from manipulative practices while adhering to Shariah principles.
