The competition in the business world, including banking, is getting tighter. For that, every bank must think of the right strategy to win the competition. One important strategy for winning competition is to prioritize customer satisfaction which is determined by the quality of banking services offered to customers. This study aims to analyze and process proposals for improvement in service quality in terms of using internet banking services based on the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method through the preparation of the House of Quality (HoQ). The study was conducted on 120 internet banking users at the BRI Balikpapan Branch Office in East Kalimantan. From the results of the analysis, it is known that there are 11 indicators of bank internet banking service quality that must be improved as the first priority and 4 indicators as the second priority. Based on the results of data processing using QFD through the preparation of HoQ, it is known that there are 6 priority improvements that must be made by the bank. From the results of this study, it can be seen strategies for improving internet banking services to improve the quality of internet banking services at the BRI Balikpapan Branch Office, namely the added of new online chat features, perform server maintenance, carry out enrolment of new internet banking features, evaluate the process speed of each application feature, conduct regular website feature evaluations every quarter and perform network repair.
Pandemi Covid-19 menjadi suatu pendorong dalam perubahan tatanan kehidupan secara lebih frontal. Disrupsi merambah pada seluruh sendi kehidupan, demikian juga dengan bidang pendidikan. Manajemen Pendidikan perlu sebuah konsep baru yang dinamis untuk dapat dijadikan sebagai patokan dalam era disrupsi ini. Implementasi dari Manajemen Pendidikan dengan konsep pembangunan berkelanjutan telah jamak dilakukan di Indonesia. Setiap Instansi Pemerintah, baik Kementrian ataupun Lembaga sudah mulai menerapkan konsep ini. Bahkan ada beberapa perusahaan baik swasta ataupun BUMN yang sudah mewujudkan pola Manajemen Pendidikan untuk Pembangunan Berkelanjutan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan adalah teori Manajemen Pendidikan, Teori Lingkungan dan Teori Pembangunan Berkelanjutan itu sendiri. Selanjutnya implementasi dari Manajemen Pendidikan dengan konsep pembangunan berkelanjutan telah jamak dilakukan di Indonesia.
The essence of the discussion of this paper is to gain an in-depth understanding of some comparative information on financial literacy in several countries in the world. As data to support this discussion, we have visited some online literature sources on reports or publications of academic pepper books and works, especially the discussion of financial literacy in each country and why it is essential to study. After obtaining several related literatures, we examined it under a phenomenological study approach, which is an approach that tries to understand a problem from several available pieces of information and data. Among other things, we code, evaluate in-depth data, synchronize data, and occasionally perform interpretations. In order to find some relevant and valid information to answer the research questions and hypotheses,this study prioritizes publication or secondary data from various journals and media at home and abroad. After gaining an in-depth understanding and discussion, comparing financial literacy in several countries has shown several things that distinguish countries with a financial teaching background from ordinary countries. In other words, financial literacy determines the welfare of a nation. This study will likely become a meaningful input in the development of follow up studies.
