Samples were collected during the period from 1/2 to 15/6 from some private clinics in the province of Babylon of women who suffer from frequent infections in the genital tract and urinary for the purpose of knowing the relationship between parasite Trichomonas vaginalis and Malignant cells .Current study included (250) samples cervical swap , the samples were examined by a wet swab and centrifugation, also examined samples mediated Pap smear was incidence of (20%) mediated wet swab and (22%) mediated centrifuge without significant differences while we did not notice the presence of malignant cells mediated by Pap smear. The study involved measuring the rate of iron and calcium in the blood, was the rate of iron (55.30 μg / dl), while the rate of calcium was (9.10 mg / dl) without significant differences.
Background and Objective: The conventional PCR technique was using for study genetic variations for Cytochrome C oxidase subunit 1 (cox1) gene of E. vermicularis between local and global to NCBI-BLAST E. vermicularis. Materials and methods: Stool samples were collected from children at early morning then transported to the laboratory. The DNA cox1 gene were isolated from stool samples then amplified by PCR technique and its results were analysis via agarose gel electrophoresis. The DNA sequencing method was carried out by sent PCR products to Macrogen Company in Korea. Phylogenetic analysis was conducted by using (UPGMA tree) method in (MEGA 6.0 version). Results: Results appears that Stool samples was positive for infection with E. vermicularis worm, DNA for cox1 gene was amplified to 407 bp that was positive at agarose gel electrophoresis. The human E. vermicularis local isolates showed homology identity to the NCBI-BLAST E. vermicularis human isolates from Iran. The phylogenetic analysis was accomplished to constructing the phylogenetic tree. The sequences of local isolates were showed have genetic relationship to NCBI-BLAST E. vermicularis with total genetic variations (0.0080-0.0020). Conclusion: PCR technique is valuable technique for isolate and know genetic variations E. vermicularis COX1 DNA genes.
This work was conduct to account the effects of cold and hot aqueous extracts of Iraqi Citrus limon plant fruits and date vinegar in paralysis and die of Enterobius vermicularis parasite in vitro and determine the most influential plant for extracted secondary compound (alkaloid, terpenoids and phenolic compounds) from it and then determine a most influential secondary compound for analysis by Gas chromatography /mass spectroscopy technical (GC/MS) and extract the most concentrated compound from it to test in paralyze and kill worms. The results appear that cold aqueous extract of Citrus limon plant fruits have a high influential especially by 300 mg/ml concentration where its average arithmetic for paralysis and die of worms equal 29.00 and 57.33 minute , respectively, followed by hot aqueous extract of Citrus limon plant fruits has effect on paralysis and die of worms in 300 mg/ml concentration where its led to paralysis and die of worms at 67.33 and 104.00 minute , followed by cold aqueous extract of date viengar extract where its average arithmetic for paralysis and die of worms in 300 mg/ml concentration equal 110.00 and 193.00 minute.
The current study during period was conducted from1/September 2018 till 1/February 2019 examination of 60 stool samples (20 samples watery diarrhea for patient with intestinal protozoa,20 samples watery diarrhea for patient without intestinal protozoa and 20 semi sold stool samples for healthy persons, It was examined by direct smear, Ziehl-Neelsen method (acid fast stain ) by using light microscope and Rapid test (chromatography immune assay For make sure that presence injury of those parasites or not,With measured ofSeverity of injury, The samples was taken from (adult 20-40 years male and female),The tests were carried out in the Advanced Parasitology Laboratory -Department of Biology-college of Science / University of Babylon. The current study. The samples was filtrated by tow stapes, At the beginning by filter paper then by sterile syringe filter ,The filtrated liquid examined to determine activity of amylase and lipase enzymes, The result showed thatthere are different between activity of two enzyme in stool samples with intestinal parasite and the other samples (healthy, diarrhea without parasite),And the results showed that there are A positive relationship between the level of activity of the studied enzymes and the severity of intestinal parasites.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
