Kata kunci: Sari Larut Air, Sari Larut Etanol, Kumpai Mahung, AsteraceaeABSTRACT Determination of water-soluble and ethanol extract contents is a quantitative method for the amount of compound content in a simplicia that can be attracted by the solvent. Both methods are almost the same based on the solubility of the compounds contained in simplicia. For generations, the Meratus and Amandit Dayak communities use kumpai mahung (Eupathorium inulifolium H.B. & K) as a medicine for diarrhea and malaria. Research is still rare to use this plant, so researchers aim to determine the content of water-soluble extract of simplicia powder and mahung kumpai leaf extract by the method established by herbal pharmacopoeia. The results of the research showed that the concentration of water-soluble extracts and ethanol soluble extracts of this plants on the powder had values of 19.54% and 16.13%. The extracts have values of 19.53% and 14.55%. One family plant, Asteraceae, states that the water-soluble extract content is not less than 5%, which means the results meet the requirements of Indonesian medical material. Keywords: Water Soluble Extract, Ethanol Soluble Extract
This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect relationship between teacher commitment, teacher discipline and work motivation with teacher performance at SMPN Kahayan District, Pulang Pisau Regency. The method used in this research is a correlational method with a quantitative approach which is formulated into a path analysis model. The research population was 248 teachers from 18 schools in 3 sub-districts and 153 respondents were taken as research samples as research samples using probability simple random sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire instrument and data analysis using descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and path analysis. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant direct relationship between teacher commitment, teacher discipline and work motivation with teacher performance. There is a direct relationship between teacher commitment and teacher discipline with work motivation, there is an indirect relationship between teacher commitment through work motivation and teacher performance at SMPN Kahayan District Pulang Pisau Regency and there is an indirect effect between teacher discipline through work motivation and performance at SMPN Kahayan District Pulang Regency Knife.
Teacher Professional Competence is effectd by individual factors, and outside the individual such as high and low culture in work so that it will have a good impact on the achievement of the teacher, work discipline and quality of work so that it makes the teacher's Professional Competence better. Factors from outside the industry such as situational leadership from the principal who can communicate and empower teachers to create good teacher professional competencies as well as the school's own work culture that is able to improve the quality of their own work as well as the habits of teachers in relationships with co-workers. This research is correlational descriptive research with path analysis. The research sample was 103 teachers. Data collection was carried out using instruments consisting of Situational leadership (26 items), Professional competence (23 items), work culture (22 items) and work communication (9 items) which have been tested for validity and reliability. This research instrument was tested for validity and reliability using the product moment person correlation test. The research data was analyzed using path analysis to see the direct and indirect effect between variables, by first conducting normality, linearity, and homogeneity tests. The results showed that there is a direct and indirect effect between situational leadership on professional competence, through work culture and work communication. The data analysis of this study used jalur analysis (Path Analysis). The results showed that there is an effect of situational leadership on teachers' professional competence through work culture and work communication, either directly or indirectly.
This study aims to describe and analyze the correlation of the principal's situational leadership, emotional intelligence, and motivation to achieve to teacher creativity. This research used a correlational method with a descriptive-quantitative approach. The population in this study was 385 teachers at a State Elementary School in Banjarmasin Tengah. The sampling technique in this study used proportional random sampling so that a sample of 197 teachers was obtained at a State Elementary School in Banjarmasin Tengah. The data in this study was obtained through a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that (1) there was a significant positive correlation between the principal's situational leadership and the teacher's creativity, (2) there was a significant positive correlation between the teacher's emotional intelligence and the teacher's creativity, (3) there was a significant positive correlation between the teacher's achievement motivation and the teacher's creativity, (4) there was a significant positive correlation between the principal's situational leadership and the teacher's emotional intelligence, (5) there is a significantly positive correlation between the principal's situational leadership and the teacher's motivation for achievement, (6) there is a significantly positive correlation between the principal's situational leadership and the teacher's creativity through the teacher's emotional intelligence, and (7) there is a significant positive correlation between the principal's situational leadership and teacher creativity through achievement motivation at SDN Banjarmasin Tengah.
This writing starts with a theoretical framework, expert opinion, or the researchers' knowledge based on their experiences, and then progresses to challenges with proposed solutions in order to seek justification (verification) in the form of empirical data support in the field. The goal of this study is to determine the degree to which learning facilities, emotional intelligence, and teacher creativity contribute to the effectiveness of students at SDN Binuang 4 Tapin Regency. The study takes a quantitative approach, with a 34-person population, a 34-person sample size, and data analysis processes. The findings of this study indicate that the variables Learning Facilities, Emotional Intelligence, and Teacher Creativity all have an effect on the Learning Effectiveness of students at SDN Binuang 4 Tapin Regency, that each of these independent factors has a substantial influence on the dependent variable continuously (simultaneously), and that the variable with the greatest effect on the dependent variable concurrently is the variable with the greatest effect on the dependent variable concurrently (simultaneously).
