RESUMEN En los programas de pregrado, la enseñanza de la ética y la bioética en ambientes de aprendizaje no tradicionales como lo es la virtualidad, constituye para el profesional de enfermería un reto a afrontar al educar a sus futuros colegas. Este artículo de reflexión participativa de 45 estudiantes de octavo semestre, con intención formativa, integra la misión interprofesional de las ciencias de la salud con la humanística, complementándola de manera multidisciplinaria con el diseño gráfico y la ingeniería de sistemas. Se concluye que, para las generaciones actuales y futuras es necesario deconstruir constantemente los procesos pedagógicos para lograr los resultados de aprendizaje, esto es posible con metodologías y estrategias que motiven a los participantes a la interacción y la construcción de un saber prudencial, el cual permite la aplicación de principios éticos y bioéticos a la situación concreta que se esté viviendo. En este caso, el profesional de la salud frente a un paciente a quien hay que atender, curar, orientar, educar, acompañar, consolar, ayudar. ABSTRACT In undergraduate programs, teaching of Ethics and Bioethics in non-traditional study environments such as virtual reality, pose a challenge for the nursing professional to face when training his or her future colleagues. This reflection article, with a formative intention, integrates the interprofessional mission of health sciences with Humanistics, supplementing it, in a multi-discipline way, with graphic design and systems engineering. The conclusion is that, for current and future generations, a constant deconstruction of pedagogic processes is required in order to achieve the learning results. This is possible by methodologies and strategies that motivate participants to interaction and construction of a prudential sapience which allows the application of ethical and bioethical principles to the concrete situation being experienced. In this case, this applies to the health professional facing a patient to be cared for, cured, oriented, educated, accompanied, consoled, helped.
