Micropropagation of two varieties of pawpaw trees (Carica papaya L.) at IPR / IFRA of Katibougou, Mali ABSTRACTThis survey, finished in September 2014, is focused on the production of two papaya varieties Solo n °8 plantlets and Bluestem for the obtaining of explants, the disinfection of explants, the realization of two (02) essays of initiation and proliferation, and of a test of shoot rooting in total randomization. The assessment of the survey carried on the efficiency of the formula of explants decontamination, the medium performance of initiation and proliferation of two tests including 6 mediums respectively (test 1) and 4 mediums (test 2), altogether to 2 types of explants (ending buds of plant and axillaries buds), the performance of 3 rooting mediums. The obtained results revealed that the MS middle + 0,5 mg/liter of BAP partner to ending buds gave numbers of leaves and the most elevated shoots, as well as the best time limit of retaking (7 days), the M S medium + 0,5 BAPS mg / liter + 2 mg / liter of AIB partner to the Solo variety n º8 were more favorable to the A.
