Most of the urban people prefer to ewn heuses than to rent them. In 1960s, Karnpung Redevelopment starts for this housing and infrastructure problems, and its policy has been changed from "Demo!ition and Relocation't into '"Improvernent" and "Community-based'"i. Recently many low-cost urban housing have been imp]emented, but the programs ef owning houses have not becorne the main solution against the urban hollsing prob]em beceuse of land's price sky-rocketing.
