Customary marriage procession in the Toba Batak tribe is a process that is carried out repeatedly. In the process of the traditional marriage of the Batak tribe there are several stages that must be passed to achieve a Batak community's recognition of the marriage. This study aims to analyze the communication process that occurs in the traditional marriage of the Batak Toba tribe. The research approach used is qualitative with descriptive method. Data collection is done by observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman theories, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To check and compare the validity of the data using the source triangulation analysis technique.The results of the study show that the Batak culture community has high values of customs in the marriage of the Toba Batak tribe. This conclusion is evidenced that in the modern era, Batak culture communities still use traditional processes such as the process of marhatasinamot, and the process of mangulosi in the marriage of Batak culture. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan informasi label kemasan Mochibo sebagai Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode ini mendeskripsikan atau melukiskan label pangan Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) dengan menggunakan statistik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui data primer yaitu observasi dan kuesioner serta data sekunder yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat kota Bogor sebagai konsumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan incidental sampling. Analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah informasi label kemasan Mochibo sebagai Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) memiliki kategori baik.KATA KUNCI: label pangan, informasi visual INFORMATION OF "MOCHIBO" AS A FOOD LABELLINGABSTRACTThis study aimed to: describe information of "Mochibo" as a food labelling of a small-medium Industry. Based on this study, it used the Bogor citizens as the population for this study. The sampling technique used incidental sampling. Data analysis used formula Weight Mean Score (WMS). The result of this study showed that "Mochibo" packaging label information as Small-Medium Industry has a good category.
Penelitian ini memusatkan perhatian pada hubungan komunikasi interpersonal petugas reservasi golf dengan pelanggan pada saat melakukan reservasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) untuk mengetahui kekuatan kredibilitas petugas reservasi golf di Rancamaya Golf and Country Club, (2) untuk mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan di Rancamaya Golf and Country Club, dan (3) untuk mengetahui hubungan kredibilitas petugas reservasi dengan kepuasan pelanggan Rancamay Golf and Country Club. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Kekuatan kredibilitas petugas reservasi dalam komunikasi interpersonal untuk kategori ethos, pathos, logos, dan kompetensi termasuk kategori sangat baik. (2) Kepuasan Pelanggan dinilai berdasarkan keandalan, empati, dan daya tanggap dinilai sangat baik. (3) Kekuatan kredibilitas petugas reservasi dalam komunikasi interpersonal berhubungan positifdan signifikasi dengan kepuasan pelanggan Rancamaya Golf and Country Club dengan korelasi sebesar 0,79211, termasuk dalam kategori kuat. Openness is the willingness of people to disclose information about themselves that might normally be hidden, provided that there are only a few appropriate disclosures (Devito, 2007). Openness in communication plays an important role in the counseling process. According to Sri Hastuti and Winkel (2007), counseling is giving advice in an interaction by exchanging ideas. With the openness in the counseling process, the purpose of a counseling will be easily achieved. This study aims to analyze the communication openness in the Ceria Sentul PIK-R counseling program. This study uses a descriptive type method with a quantitative approach carried out by survey using data collection techniques. Primary data consists of the results of observations and questionnaires, while secondary data in the form of results from library studies, documentation and interviews. The results of the study were processed using a single data tabulation. The study sample was determined by nonprobability sampling technique and the sample used was taken from the population of ideal adolescents aged 10-24 years who had joined the Ceria Sentul PIK-R counseling activity. Sampling was determined using accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 30 respondents scattered in the CIKI Sentul PIK-R counseling activity. The results showed that the openness of communication in Ceria Sentul's PIK-R counseling program had a good category. This can be seen from the majority of respondents who agree that openness is in the counseling process. The conclusion of this study is that the client is ready to be open or ready to open himself to the counselor. Keywords: Communication; Openness; Counseling
Mountains, Wilderness, Sea, Beach, River and Cultural Art or often known as GURILAPSS are the characteristics of tourism in Sukabumi Regency, so when speaking GURILAPSS, Sukabumi is the destination. The formulation of the problem in this research is “How is Sukabumi Tagline?”. This study aims to determine the device to determine the tourism development of Sukabumi District throught the GURILAPSS Pesona Sukabumi Tagline.This study uses a centralized interview approach (Focused Interviews), with research. This research data collection technique uses two data sources, namely primary and secondary sources. Primary data obtained by interview and observation. Secondary data obtained by documentation. The key Informant in this study was the Head of tourism marketing and promotion in Sukabumi Regency. While supporting informant s consisted of one Head of Culture and one Head of Culture and six people of Sukabumi Regency.Technical analysis of data in this study using the model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the Tourism Development of Sukabumi Regency through the tagline GURILAPSS the result showed the Development of tourism in Sukabumi Regency through the tagline GURILAPSS the charm of Sukabumi uses three basic elements in its development, namely the emergence of motivation and desire for tourists to visit a tourism through the development of attractions and tourist attractions; there are supporting tourism facilities such as roads, accomodation, information centers and shopping centers through amenitas and tourist accommodation and transportation to take to tourist attraction. The conclusion in this study Sukabumi Regency tourism development through the tagline GURILAPSS enchanment Sukabumi has used aspect of the development of attractions and tourist attractions; tourist amenities and accomodations as well as tourist accesbility.Keywords: GURILAPSS Enchanting Sukabumi, Tourism Development; Tagline.
