O objetivo deste artigo é abordar a problemática da inclusão de pessoas e grupos vulneráveis nas pesquisas sociais. Nos últimos anos, tem-se aumentado a literatura dedicada à análise do conceito de vulnerabilidade no contexto da investigação biomédica. No entanto, no campo específico da investigação em ciências sociais continua a ser um tema pouco abordado, na bibliografia especializada como nas guias éticas, embora que muitas pesquisas sociais, envolvem a pessoas e grupos muitos vulneráveis.Neste artigo vai-se reconstruir, em primeiro lugar, como foi a abordagem do conceito de vulnerabilidade nos documentos com maior destaque de bioética e ética da pesquisa. Após, serão apresentadas as perspectivas mais significativas sobre a vulnerabilidade na ética da investigação biomédica e social, e vão-se sinalizar os alcances e limitações destes. Finalmente, será apresentado um conceito de vulnerabilidade que pode ser mais apropriado para a análise ética das investigações sociais que os conceitos atuais.The purpose of this article is to address the issue of the inclusion of vulnerable individuals and groups in social sciences research. In recent years has increased the bibliography devoted to analyze the concept of vulnerability in biomedical research. However, in the specific field of social sciences research remains a topic rarely addressed in specialized bibliography and ethical guidelines, although much of the social research involves extremely vulnerable individuals and groups.In this article I will analyze, in the first place, how it has been addressed the concept of vulnerability in the most important guidelines of bioethics and research ethics. Then, I will present the main perspectives on vulnerability in biomedical and social research ethics; and I will point out the scope and limitations of these perspectives. Towards the end of the article I will develop a concept of vulnerability more suitable for the ethical analysis of social research than the current concepts.El propósito de este artículo es abordar la problemática de la inclusión de personas y grupos vulnerables en las investigaciones sociales. En los últimos años, se ha incrementado la bibliografía dedicada a analizar el concepto de vulnerabilidad en el contexto de la investigación biomédica. In entrepreneurship, innovation has been seen as one of the crucial aspects that can determine performance. Innovative behavior is also one of the things considered to encourage innovation, especially for individuals who work in creative industry businesses. The purpose of this study was to examine and understand the effect of proactive personality, peer support, and creative self-efficacy on the innovative behavior of creative workers. Through a quantitative approach, this research was conducted on 90 MSME employees in two cities in West Java Province, namely Bandung and Cirebon. The sample in this study was selected using a purposive sampling technique, with criteria for MSME employees who have been running their business for at least 1 year. Researchers distributed questionnaires to respondents through an online platform. The collected data was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software for windows. The results of this study contribute to the following findings. First, proactive personality was found to have a positive influence on the innovative behavior of entrepreneurs. Second, peer support also has a positive effect on innovative behavior. Finally, this study proves that creative self-efficacy has a positive influence on the innovative behavior of MSME employees in West Java, Indonesia. This research also provides some contributions that can be considered by the literature and practice in business and entrepreneurship, especially in developing countries.
