The economic stability achieved with the ´Plano Real´ generated growth in the Brazilian industrial market from the year 1994, when a demand for industrial installations began to gain ground and be driven, targeted investments in the real estate market Ventures Base becoming. This is the beginning of the exploration of the real estate market niche, in which project developers intend Logistics Sheds meet the demands of companies seeking a solution for their operations within facilities, located at strategic points of disposal, enabling them achieve efficiency with quality. Investors or potential user of a logistics Sheds should look for alternatives to choose that fits the demands and routines of the market and / or their needs. From the existing demands in the industrial sector sheds, this article, based on publications and refereed in the market and in academic publications criteria, brings a survey of attributes and presenting a methodology for creating a classification system of distribution centers in Brazil. Therefore, it was systematized a process for creating a methodology criteria that support decision making through a rigorous quality recognition, impartially, embedded in national policies and through the development of the Delphi technique.
