Metodología: 93 cuestionarios a jóvenes y 15 entrevistas a profesionales, insertores y empleadores. Abstract: This work is based on the needs of young people who have experienced school failure for work opportunities, and the essential role that the company has in providing such opportunities via enterprise internships. Our initial hypothesis is: a higher level of social and professional integration for young people who are at risk or who are experiencing social exclusion and, therefore, are facing a high level of school failure, is possible if the training includes enterprise internship along with a "business mentor" component. The methodology for this research included 93 questionaire replies from students and 15 interviews with professionals, job sourcing specialists, and employers. Conclusion: Enterprise internship favours professional integration, but it also provides students with multiple competencies that increase their employability and help them overcome their social and professional disadvantages.
