Persaingan industri ritel tradisional dan ritel modern menimbulkan ketimpangan ekonomi dan terpuruknya ritel tradisional. Industri ritel tradisional menjadi semakin kejepit dengan munculnya ritel modern dimana-mana. Di sisi lain persaingan ritel modern juga semakin ketat . Hal ini disebabkan karena keberadaan mart – mart tersebut di tengah – tengah pemukiman masyarakat yang sebelumnya menjadi lahan bisnis bagi ritel tradisional (warung). Pada perkembangannya bukan ritel tradional bersaing dengan ritel modern, namun antar ritel modern bersaing sangat ketat. Munculnya Mart – Mart (Indomart, Alfamart dan afiliasinya) di Indonesia menimbulkan segi positif dan negatif bagi masyarakat. Segi positif yang dirasakan masyarakat antara lain : lebih nyaman dalam berbelanja , bisa menggunakan kartu ATM sehingga tidak perlu membawa dana yang besar, beberapa mart ada yang buka 24 jam dan lain-lain. Sedang sisi negatifnya adalah makin terjepitnya ritel tradisional, budaya konsumtif masyarakat semakin tinggi. Berbagai pelanggaranpun akhirnya terjadi dari zonasi, monopoli pasar, tidak komitmen pada UKM dan kaki lima serta penekanan pada pemasok.
SDM merupakan salah satu penentu keberhasilan perusahaan karena peran sumber daya manusia sebagai aset berharga adalah merencanakan, melaksanakan serta mengendalikan berbagai kegiatan operasional perusahaan (Ardana, dkk., 2012). Sumber daya manusia harus diperhatikan dalam melaksanakan fungsifungsi perusahaan karena untuk memperoleh keuntungan dan menjaga eksistensi, perusahaan harus mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada konsumen di samping proses produksi. Permasalahan yang muncul ketika salah dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia salah satunya adalah dapat menyebabkan Human resources is one of the determinants of the success of the company because the role of human resources as a valuable asset is to plan, implement and control various operational activities of the company. The problem that arises when one manages human resources is one that can cause a decrease in focus which results in a decrease in employee performance, therefore the company needs to have several strategies to solve the problem. This study aims to find out strategies that can be applied by SMEs in Gunungpati in the face of reduced employee focus. Strategies that can be applied include factors such as job satisfaction, work environment, work compensation and stres. The object of this research is UKM in Gunungpati. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires by SME employee respondents in the Gunungpati region. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Job satisfaction, work environment, compensation, and work stres partially have a positive and significant effect on employee focus. (2) Job satisfaction, work environment, compensation, and work stres simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee focus.
Karyawan bagian produksi CV. Akar Samudra sejak 2 tahun yang lau mengalami permasalahan dimana kepuasan kerjanya rendah. Rendahnya kepuasan kerja yang dialami oleh karyawan diduga dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya kompensasi yang diberikan perusahaan, rendahnya pemberdayaan serta rendahnya budaya organisasi positif yang berkembang di perusahaan tersebut. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan bagian produksi pada CV. Akar Samudra Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian produksi CV. Akar Samudra yang berjumlah 80 orang. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini ditentukan melalui metode sensus. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesi t dan F. Berdasarkan hasil analisis maka dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kompensasi, pemberdayaan dan budaya organisasi secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dapat diterima.
This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of content marketing and brand performance on repeat purchases with customer engagement as an intervening variable on consumers of Uniqlo brand clothing products. With content marketing that is interesting, relevant and understands the target market, as well as a strong brand performance in occupying a brand position in the market, it will create an attachment for consumers in terms of brand awareness so that consumers will make repeat purchases. The method used is multiple regression analysis. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The sample in this study was taken as many as 100 respondents with an age of more than or equal to 17 years who had purchased Uniqlo brand fashion products. The results of this study indicate that content marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer engagement, brand performance has a positive and significant effect on customer engagement, content marketing has a positive and significant effect on repeat purchases, brand performance has a positive and significant effect on repeat purchases, customer engagement has a positive and significant impact on repeat purchases. significant to repeat purchases
