The limestone mining process causes the former limestone quarry land has low soil fertility characteristics. It is necessary to rehabilitate ex-limestone mine land through revegetation. Syzygium polyanthum is a potential tree species for revegetation. This study aimed to analyze the effect of goat manure and NPK addition on the ex-limestone mining soil toward the growth of S. polyanthum seedlings and to found the optimal dosage of goat manure and NPK addition. This study used a factorial complete randomized design consisting of two factors, namely goat manure (doses of 0 g, 50 g, 100 g, and 150 g) and NPK (doses of 0 g, 5 g, 10 g, and 15 g). The application of goat manure and NPK on the ex-limestone mining significantly affected the growth of height, diameter, total wet weight, and total dry weight of S. polyanthum seedlings, except the root shoot ratio. The best treatment for the addition of goat manure and NPK toward the growth of S. polyanthum seedlings on the ex-limestone mining was 150 g goat manure and 5 g NPK.
Work motivation has a crucial role in increasing work performance in employees because with motivation, each employee has the will to work hard and fulfill the company’s target. PT Bank Maybank Cirebon is a private banking company which demands its human resource to keep improving in order to increase their performance so that the quality and performance of the company can also increase. This research’s purpose was to analyze the effect of work motivation toward employee’s performance in PT Bank Maybank Cirebon branch. Research method used in this study was a quantitative method with questionnaire data gathering technique. Research samples were determined using saturated sampling method with a total of 56 respondents. Data analysis methods used in this study include validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, t-test, and determination coefficient analysis with the help of Minitab program version 17.3.1. From the research results, it was obtained that work motivation had a positive effect toward employee’s work performance in PT Bank Maybank Cirebon with correlation percentage of 19.74%. Abstrak Motivasi kerja memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan karena dengan motivasi diharapkan setiap karyawan memiliki kemauan untuk bekerja keras dan dapat memenuhi target yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. PT Bank Maybank Cirebon merupakan perusahaan perbankan swasta yang menuntut peranan sumber daya manusianya untuk terus berkembang dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya sehingga kualitas dan kinerja perusahaan juga dapat meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Maybank Cabang Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan metode sampling jenuh dengan jumlah total sebanyak 56 responden. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji t, dan analisis koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program Minitab versi 17.3.1. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Bank Maybank Cirebon dengan persentase korelasi sebesar 19,74%.
