As organizações, por meio da gestão do conhecimento, buscam obter vantagem competitiva a partir do seu conhecimento gerado e adquirido. O uso das mídiais sociais tornou-se tão frequente por parte das pessoas que acabou se tornando um recurso organizacional. Um dos principais motivos para o uso das mídias sociais nas organizações é a gestão do conhecimento. Durante quase duas décadas diversas pesquisas sobre o uso de mídias sociais para a gestão do conhecimento foram realizadas. Desse modo, o objetivo desse estudo é mapear o perfil da pesquisa científica sobre as Mídias Sociais e a Gestão do Conhecimento. Foi conduzido um estudo bibliométrico para examinar as pesquisas científicas relacionadas ao tema e elaborado o mapeamento temático. Com base no mapeamento temático que contemplou 379 publicações, foi possível identificar a existência de vertentes de estudo em ascensão relacionadas ao tema. Com isso, pretende-se contribuir para a literatura, ao tornar evidente os principais autores, trabalhos, periódicos e eventos, e tópicos de pesquisa relacionados ao tema. The use of social media has become so frequent that it has turned into an organizational resource. One of the main reasons for the use of social media in organizations is knowledge management. Over the last two decades, several works analysed the use of social media to knowledge management. However, it was not identified research that analyzed these two concepts and shows these findings. Thus, the objective of this study is to map the scientific research on Social Media and Knowledge Management. This paper conducted a bibliometric study with 379 publications to examine scientific research related to the topic and to elaborate a thematic mapping. The mains authors, terms, sources, and research stream (clusters) was analyzed. Based on the thematic mapping it was possible to identify the existence of rising paths related to the theme. This paper intends to contribute to the literature by pointing main authors, works, journals, events, and research topics related to knowledge management and social media.

His users went from mere viewers to content producers. This leads to a logical evolution of traditional research methods, both in business and in educational institutions. In this scenario, the netnographic method appears. This new tool, focused on online research favors the collection of online information such as images, vídeos and comments. In this way, the presente study aims to clarify the basic concept regarding Netnography, as well as demonstrate the use of the method in the PostGraduate courses in Business in Brazil. The possibility of buying at any time of the day, researching prices and finding varied products are some of the advantages informed by online consumers. Despite the benefits, some disadvantages are also cited by these consumers, such as the impossibility of product experimentation, delay in delivery, difficulty in accessing websites and lack of security. With this, the possibility of paradoxical behavior among this type of consumer is verified. Therefore, this work aims to verify the presence of technology paradoxes in online consumer behavior. This is a descriptive-exploratory research, with a quantitative approach and a survey research method. A questionnaire was elaborated aiming to collect information regarding the profile of the online consumers interviewed and the characteristics of the purchase process, besides containing 28 statements referring to the 14 paradoxes of technology adapted from national surveys for consumption through the internet. A total of 263 respondents were obtained, where two pairs of paradoxes were present: Assimilation / Isolation and Planning / Improvisation.
Purpose: Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools have become popular in the most diverse contexts of use. This research sought to investigate how AI tools were applied in agribusiness by assisting producers in decision-making. Design / methodology / approach: To this end, online and semi-structured interviews were conducted with managers and rural producers who use this type of technology on their properties. Findings: AI was found to be present in machinery, software, and other applications applied for crop monitoring, soil quality verification, and management in general. Users are quite optimistic with the results, especially in decision support during planting period. These differences are perceived before and after technologies utilization. However, interviewers still believe that the human presence is fundamental in the farming. Research limitations / implications: As limitations, it is highlighted the schedule for conducting the interviews, as well as the fact that they were performed online. Despite this, it was possible to verify the importance of the use of technology for the agribusiness sector, serving as support for the management of rural properties. Originality / value: In the Information Systems studies field to relate the use of AI and decision-making in a sector such as agribusiness is something recent and innovative.
