The article highlights the issues of personalized learning as the global trend of the modern ICTbased educational systems development. The notion, the main stages of evolution, the main features and principles of adaptive learning systems application for teachers' training are outlined. It is emphasized that the use and elaboration of the adaptive cloud-based learning systems are essential to provide sustainable development of teachers' education. The current trends and peculiarities of the cloud-based adaptive learning systems development and approach of their implementation for teachers' training are considered. The general model of the adaptive cloud-based learning system structure is proposed. The main components of the model are described; the issues of tools and services selection are outlined. The methods of the cloudbased learning components introduction within the adaptive systems of teacher training are considered. The current research developments of modeling and implementation of the adaptive cloud-based systems are outlined.
In the era of the fourth industrial revolution – Industry 4.0 – developing key competences (digital, multilingual and mathematical competences in particular) is of paramount importance. The purpose of this work is to investigate the content of key competences of a secondary school student and to develop a method of teaching for the integrated development of multilingual and mathematical competences in the process of teaching Programming Basics with the help of distant technologies. The objectives of the research include generalizing and systematizing theoretical data on the structure and the content of key competences and the potential of informatics lessons for the development of separate components of multilingual and mathematical competences; generalizing and systematizing theoretical data on the ways of arranging distant support for informatics learning, Programming Basics in particular; to investigate the content and the methods of teaching Programming Basics in 7th-11th grades; to develop the e-learning Moodle course using Python for Programming Basics on the principles of integrated approach to developing separate components of multilingual and mathematical competence with determining some methodical special features while using it. The object of the study is to teach informatics to junior high school and high school students. The subject of the study is the means and the methods of realizing distant support in the process of teaching Programming Basics using Python on the principles of an integrated approach to developing multilingual and mathematical competences.
The article intends to explore and estimate the possible pedagogical advantages and potential of cloud computing technology with aim to increase organizational level, availability and quality of ICT-based learning tools and resources. Holistic model of a specialist is proposed and the problems of development of a system of methodological and technological support for elaboration of cloud-based learning environment of educational institution are considered.
The article highlights the promising ways of providing access to the cloud-based learning and research software in higher educational institutions. It is emphasized that the cloud computing services implementation is the actual trend of modern ICT pedagogical systems development. The analysis and evaluation of existing experience and educational research of different types of software packages use are proposed. A concept of ICT for education personnel is considered, and the problems of training of such personnel at the current stage of high-tech learning environments in educational institutions are outlined. A holistic trend for the education and training of highly skilled specialists in engineering and technology for the IT industry is described.
