There is a need in the community which is realized by volunteering the community to pay some costs to get the quality education offered, also supported by government regulations that encourage the existence of international schools in each region, as well as the influence of globalization. The existence of these international standard schools using Cambridge or International Baccalaureate curriculum has brought big changes in managing schools as an educational institution. Education management is a necessity for schools today to be able to manage schools that focus on customer desires and satisfaction, without overriding the main values in education. Therefore, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is employed to spot the arena of this study; Customer Expectation and Customer Perceived Quality mediated by Customer Perceived Value will affect customer satisfaction. The model is expected to provide the model for education institutions how to manage customer satisfaction in-line with delivering quality education.
In a competitive, dynamic, complex and uncertain business environment as it is today, a leadership type is needed that can play an important role for the survival, success, and growth of the organization. This paper aims to review the influence of entrepreneurial leadership on organizational performance in terms of three hierarchies: individuals, groups/teams, and the organization as a whole. According to the findings of the review, entrepreneurial leadership has a major impact on the individual performance of employees and teams, especially in terms of creativity and creative behavior. Moreover, Entrepreneurial leadership has a significant effect on overall organizational performance both in financial and non-financial dimensions.
Guru merupakan garda terdepan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang kompetitif dan berkarakter. Di era 4.0 seorang guru harus mampu meningkatkan keinovatifan sehingga dapat menuangkan ide-ide inovatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang upaya dan strategi dalam meningkatkan keinovatifan guru dengan melihat pengaruh antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan efikasi diri terhadap keinovatifan guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada guru agama Buddha di Provinsi Banten dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 112 guru. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proporsional random sampling dan rumus Taro Yamane diperoleh sampel penelitian 87 guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan Analisis Jalur menggunakan PLS-SEM. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket. Hasil penelitian menerangkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh positif langsung dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap keinovatifan guru; 2) terdapat pengaruh positif langsung dan signifikan efikasi diri terhadap keinovatifan guru. Penelitian ini menyumbangkan wawasan dalam meningkatkan keinovatifan guru melalui penguatan variabel-variabel yang menunjukkan pengaruh, seperti; kepemimpinan transformasional dan efikasi diri. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menemukan upaya dan strategi dalam meningkatkan keinovatifan guru di Provinsi Banten. Teachers are at the forefront in supporting the quality of education and forming students who are competitive and have character. In the 4.0 era, a teacher must be able to increase innovativeness so that he can express innovative ideas. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about efforts and strategies to increase teacher innovation by looking at the influence of transformational leadership and self-efficacy on teacher innovation. This research was conducted on Buddhist teachers in Banten Province with a total population of 112 teachers. Sampling was determined using a simple random technique and followed by the Taro Yamane formula resulting in a sample of 87 Buddhist teachers. The research method uses Path Analysis through the PLS-SEM approach. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The results of the study explain that there is a direct and significant positive influence of transformational leadership variables on teacher innovativeness; Furthermore, there is a direct and significant positive influence of self-efficacy variables on teacher innovation. This research contributes insights in increasing teacher innovation through strengthening variables that show influence, such as; transformational leadership variables and self-efficacy variables. The results of this study are expected to find efforts and strategies to increase the innovativeness of teachers in Banten Province.
The COVID-19 epidemic has become a significant global obstacle as it has impacted people's lives in various sectors, including social, economic, and education. To respond to the shock caused to education systems, massive efforts—such as conducting formal education through online classes—have been made. This study has employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine this arena during the COVID-19 pandemic and has elaborated on how effectively the education system responded, especially through online lecturing. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was implemented as this study's theoretical framework. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling was employed to measure and assess the proposed model. This study was conducted through a survey with 112 student participants in a postgraduate program between January and December 2021. The findings showed that (1) the TAM-based proposed variables have been successfully explained during the pandemic through factors predicting the use by an online class of postgraduate students, (2) significant effects were reported from perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness toward actual system use through behavioral intentions to use, (3) there were no significant results to show an indirect effect from perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness toward actual system use through behavioral intentions to use.
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy dan literasi technopreneurship terhadap minat wirausaha mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi Unindra, baik secara partial maupun simultan. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan angket yang berisi 36 item pernyataan terkait self efficacy, literasi technopreneurship, dan minat wirausaha kepada 92 mahasiswa menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil temuan antara lain: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara self efficacy dan literasi technopreneurship secara simultan terhadap minat wirausaha. Dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung 225,970 dengan Sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 83,54% menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi self efficacy dan literasi technopreneurship secara simultan terhadap minat wirausaha sebesar 83,54% sisanya 16,46% karena disebabkan faktor lainnya. 2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan self efficacy terhadap minat wirausaha. Dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung 3,321 dengan Sig. 0,001 < 0,05. 3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan literasi technopreneurship terhadap minat wirausaha. Dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung 5,058 dengan Sig. 0,000 < 0,05.
