This study aims to determine and set the effective integration of the Cambridge Curriculum as an adaptive or supporting curriculum to the National Curriculum (K13) during the pandemic. The object is simplified into three junior high school subjects: mathematics, science, and English. This study applies a qualitative method by comparing and adopting the syllabus indicators of three subjects into the National Curriculum (K13) and adapted to online learning. The result shows that integration suitability is compared and matched between the two curricula and is ready to be applied during the pandemic. The expected implication is that the Cambridge Curriculum can help schools around the world improve the quality of learning, especially during the pandemic. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menetapkan efektifitas integrasi kurikulum Cambridge sebagai kurikulum adaptif atau penunjang terhadap Kurikulum Nasional (K13) di masa pandemi. Objek tersebut disederhanakan menjadi tiga mata pelajaran SMP: matematika, IPA, dan bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan membandingkan dan mengadopsi indikator silabus tiga mata pelajaran ke dalam kurikulum nasional (K13) dan disesuaikan dengan pembelajaran online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesesuaian integrasi dibandingkan dan dicocokkan antara kedua kurikulum dan siap diterapkan pada masa pandemi. Implikasi yang diharapkan adalah kurikulum Cambridge dapat membantu sekolah-sekolah di seluruh dunia meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, terutama di masa pandemi.
Abstract. This study aims to describe the educational values of the main character in a Film Beautiful Mind. The study was compiled with a qualitative approach. Data was collected by watching and recording and analyzed by qualitative narrative approaches. The results showed that there are 6 educational values of the main character in the Film Beautiful Mind, including: (1) hard work, (2) creative, (3) love for the country, (4) friendly / communicative, (5) social and (6) appreciate achievement. Based on the findings in this study, Film Beautiful Mind deserves to be used as a spectacle for motivation and inspiration because it contains many educational values.
Many schools in Indonesia have improved the quality of the English skills of the students. One way to improve and develop the curriculum which outlines the English skills is by doing curriculum integration. Saint Peter Junior High School which is located Kelapa Gading - North Jakarta has applied Kurikulum 2013 and Cambridge Curriculum for some years. The Cambridge curriculum approaches language skills and Kurikulum 2013 approach used was language competence which included grammar competencies, social competencies, and communicative competencies. Integration models that are compatible with the integration of both are nesting models. The research is aimed to show the effects of the Cambridge Curriculum which is integrated with Kurikulum 2013 in Saint Peter's Junior High School. Literary works are creations of aesthetic values that the author wants to communicate through writing, such as telling a story in the first person or in the third person. The literary novel "Pulang" by a writer named Dervish with the pen name "Tere Liye". This novel is about traveling home, going through battle after battle, embracing all hatred and pain for peace. This study aims to describe religious moral values, social moral values and personal moral values in the novel by Tere Liye. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are library techniques, listening and taking notes. The results of this study determine the moral values in the novel by Tere Liye, namely religious moral values, social moral values and personal moral values. In this novel, Bujang never violates Mamak's mandate that he is forbidden to drink, which shows the existence of religious moral values. In addition, the social moral values in this novel are manifested in togetherness, and mutual cooperation, especially in the Tong family. And the moral value of an individual is how Bujang eliminates his inner fear.
Bilal: A New Breed of Hero is the first feature-length animated film from the United Arab Emirates and a Barajoun Entertainment film to win the award for Best Inspiring Movie in the Animation category. Bilal bin Rabbah himself was one of the companions of the Prophet Muhammad. Even so, this film was made by not highlighting Islamic studies in depth so that it can be accepted by various groups, not only Muslims. This film tells the story of Bilal's struggle from childhood to old age to be able to free himself and other people from Umayyah slavery. Bilal struggles for freedom, truth and justice which is impossible for him because he has been a slave all his life without being able to put up a fight. This study aims to determine the characteristics of the main character in the film Bilal: A New Breed Of Hero, namely Bilal bin Rabbah who fights for human independence from other human possessions in the path of truth, namely the teachings of Islam, and fights for the rights that should be owned by every human being. man. By using descriptive qualitative research methods, the existing data were collected by watching and recording the main points of the film Bilal: A New Breed of Hero. The results of this study indicate that the characteristics possessed by Bilal Bin Rabbah are: (1)Courageous (2)Never give up (3)Have a high fighting spirit (4)Firm stance (5)Patience (6)Forgiving (7)Ready to face risk (8)Loves to Help (9)Hard Worker (10)Cares for the Surroundings.
