The necessity and main directions of preparation of future teachers for work with gifted children of preschool and primary school age are shown. The author's definition and structure of readiness of future educators to work with gifted children are presented. The signs of giftedness are analyzed and the characteristics of different types of giftedness are presented. The importance of identifying talented individuals in an educational institution and creating a developmental environment for the development of their abilities and creative self-realization is substantiated. The importance of theatrical activity for the development of general and special abilities, creativity, talent and the formation of non-cognitive qualities of preschool and primary school children is shown. The results of diagnostics of awareness of future teachers with the theoretical and methodological principles of using theatrical activities as a means of developing children's talents are presented. The main directions of training future teachers in the educational process of higher education institutions, aimed at mastering students' special knowledge, development of professional qualities, skills and abilities necessary for the use of dramatization in working with different categories of potentially gifted children.
The article deals with the research of the problem of formation of the entrepreneurial qualities in the students of pedagogical specialities, which is caused by economic and educational changes. A final-year student of a higher pedagogic educational institution, who is oriented to work at school, often encounters the absence of a workplace, hard competition in the collective, specific requirements for working in private educational institutions.The main definitions of the concept "entrepreneurial competence" have been analysed considering the economic, psychological, and educational directions. The gist of the concept "entrepreneurial competence" has been elucidated in view of the process of its formation in the future experts of the pedagogical speciality: the ability of a personality to produce innovative ideas, rationally and effectively organize the activity oriented to achieve a certain result.There has been defined the structure of the concept "entrepreneurial competence",where the time, informational, and pragmatic entrepreneurships have been distinguished. We emphasize on the necessity of formation of such components of the entrepreneurial competence as the ability of effective communication, quick solving of conflict situations or avoiding them, the skills of discussion, of establishing and maintaining the communicative connection, of orientation in a speaking situation, the skills of constructive businesslike dialogue, the ability of planning and prognostication, the skills of project presentation? etc.The content filling of each element of the entrepreneurial competence structure has been described according to the educational programme of the course "Ukrainian Language (for Professional Purposes)". There have been analysed the ways of formation of the necessary qualities during lectures, practice sessions and while doing an independent work by the students of pedagogical specialities.It has been proved that developing the entrepreneurial behaviour is possible and necessary to do within the general courses of the educational programmes of higher educational institutions (higher mathematics, physics, chemistry, language, literature, history, etc.), and during the course "Ukrainian Language (for Professional Purposes)".
