Religious value inculcation is an awareness and planned to prepare students in terms of knowing, and understanding, and living, practice so that it arises to believe in the religion they profess. Based on the above understanding, the authors are interested in conducting research on the implementation of religious values through school culture. This research focuses on: (1) What forms of religious values in primary schools, (2) How do the implementation of religious values through school culture. With the aim of: (1) To find out the form of religious culture in elementary schools, (2) To find out the implementation of religious values through school culture. In this research the method used is qualitative phenomenology through case studies. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by (1) semitructured interviews, (2) unstructured observations, (3) documentation, so that the results are arranged systematically, the authors step in analyzing data is to use data reduction, data presentation and data verification (drawing conclusions) . The results of this study indicate (1) the form of religious values in SDN Baban 1 Sumenep include: (a) the value of aqidah / worship consisting of praying in congregation, reading prayer, reading Al Quran short letters, (b) moral values consisting of politeness, 3S (smile, greetings, greetings), silaturrahim values (c) shari'ah values consist of disciplinary values and social values, (2) implementation of religious values through school culture in SDN Baban 1 Sumenep include: (a) routine activities, (b) routine activities, (b) ) spontaneous activities, (c) conditioning, (d) exemplary.
Budidaya rumput laut di Kepulauan Sapeken Kabupaten Sumenep sangat potensial untu dilakukan, namun pada kenyataannya para nelayan/petani masih mengalami banyak kendala, sehingga aktivitas tersebut belum memiliki kontribusi bagi peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tim telah melakukan kegiatan pengabdian di Kepulauan Sapeken Kabupaten Sumenep, sehingga artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi pendampingan masyarakat dalam budidaya rumput laut di daerah tersebut. Subjek dalam pengabdian adalah 2 kelompok tani rumput laut (masing-masing terdiri atas 10 orang pembudidaya). Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan selama delapan bulan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah survey, demonstrasi, dan praktek langusng, dan evaluasi. Keterlaksanaan atau keberhasilan pengabdian didasarkan pada terpenuhinya indikator-indikator proses pengabdian dan produk yang dihasilkan dalam pengabdian, Kegiatan pengabdian dievaluasi dalam hal proses dan akhir kegiatan. Kegiatan pengabdian dianggap telah berhasil bila persentase keterlibatan dan keaktifan masyarakat mencapai ≥75%, masyarakat mampu melakukan budidaya. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat mitra sangat antusias terlibat, 100% terlibat dalam budidaya, da nada peningkatan produksi budidaya rumput laut. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengabdian masyarakat telah diimplementasikan sesuai dengan rencana.
This study aims to describe resilience teacher at Elementary school III at Small Pagerungan Island. Aspects of resilience in this study are phase of resilience refers to Patterson & Kelleher (2005) and the strategy of resilience refers to Diah & Pradna (2012). This type of research is descriptive qualitative with case study approach. The subjects were 5 teachers (Subject I: government employee (PNS) teachers senior and immigrant from Java, Subject II: government employee (PNS) teachers senior natives, subject III: temporary teacher who has taught more than 10 years, Subject IV: new civil servant teachers a few years removed, and subject V: new no permanent teachers who teach less than 5 years). Data collected through in-depth interviews with each subject of study. Analysis of data using thematic analysis approach hybrid refers to Fereday & Muir-Cochrane version. The results showed that the phase of resilience to be taken by each teacher is different. Subjects I and II has reached growing phase. Subject IV and V are still at the stage of deteriorating phase, while the subject III only at adapting phase. Subjects I and II have an optimistic view and gave rise to 7 points strategy of resilience, which is a positive attitude to face difficulties, focusing on the core value, versatile in the running for the purpose, willing to take concrete steps to face difficulties, create conditions of self and supportive environment, maintain hope and expectation is high, and develop an attitude of participation and responsibility. Subject IV and V are relatively optimistic, but because the teaching experience is still limited cause-point strategy of resilience that appears only reached 4, which is flexible in an effort to achieve goals, create conditions of self and supportive environment, maintain hope and expectation is high, and develop an attitude of participation and responsibility. Subject III is more pessimistic and pragmatic look at the future of the profession so that a strategy of resilience that comes only three, namely flexible in an effort to achieve the goal, to create the conditions themselves and a supportive environment, and develop an attitude of participation and responsibility. Point's resilience strategy that appears, consciously or not by the fifth subject, has been assisting survive to teach at Elementary school III Small Pagerungan Island belonging to the category of remote schools, schools with limited resources, and minimal attention from government.
Globalization has a positive impact on people's lives, but it also raises some issues, including declining the nation's democratic character. Learning about ethnic and cultural diversity in social studies is shown to be helpful in the development of moral character in children. Based on the above description, this study aims to determine the extent to which students can apply democratic character in their daily lives as a result of the implementation of democratic character education. Interviews, questionnaires, and observation were used to collect data in this study. Descriptive qualitative research using a percentage formula was used. Class V SDN Poja II Sumenep, which included 47 students from various ethnic backgrounds, was used for the study. 3.8 percent more students than last year filled out democratic questionnaires, according to the data. This study concludes that the implementation of democratic character education through social studies learning material on ethnic and cultural diversity in elementary schools is categorized as very good according to the character learning syntax. Students' level of understanding in implementing democratic character in everyday life is categorized as very good. This is because students have carried out all activities by predetermined indicators.
