Purpose: Banyuwangi Regency is intensively optimizing the tourism sector that has enormous natural and cultural potential. The tourism sector has a broad impact (multiplier effect) felt by all layers of businesses, including businesses in the entertainment industry, hospitality and restaurants. These three business sectors will directly affect income through the tourism sector's local tax. The purpose of this study is determine the relationship of the tourist visitation number to the entertainment tax of Banyuwangi Regency, to find out the relationship of the tourist visitation number to the hotel tax of Banyuwangi Regency, to determine the relationship of the tourist visitation number to the restaurant tax of Banyuwangi Regency. Research methods: The analytical method used in this study is Product Moment Correlation Analysis. Results and discussions: The results of this study indicate that the relationship of the Tourist visitation Number (X1) to the Entertainment Tax (Y1) obtained by Pearson product moment value is 0.938 (Very Strong). The relationship of the Tourist visitation Number (X1) to the Hotel Tax (Y2) obtained by Pearson product moment value is 0.955 (Very Strong). The relationship of the Tourist visitation Number (X1) to Restaurant Tax (Y3) obtained by Pearson product moment value from the Correlation Coefficient is 0.889 (Very Strong). Conclusion: The Three tourism taxes had positive correlations with the Tourist visitation
Penelitian ini bertempat di PT Pesona Ijen Tour and Travel Banyuwangi, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh indikator kualitas pelayanan tour leader terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Pesona Ijen, serta apa saja implikasi manejerial yang dapat diterapkan di PT Pesona Ijen Tour and Travel Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang pernah menggunakan jasa tour dari Pesona Ijen serta pernah ditemani oleh tour leader Pesona Ijen selama perjalanannya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data mengguanakan cara wawancara, kuesioner, studi literature dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kelima dimensi kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen di PT Pesona Ijen Tour and Travel Banyuwangi, baik melalui pengujian secara parsial maupun simultan. Pengaruh yang diberikan oleh kualitas pelayanan tour leader terhadap loyalitas konsumen di PT Pesona Ijen Tour and Travel Banyuwangi yaitu sebesar 43% yang didapatkan melalui pengujian koefisien determinasi, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.
This research aims to determine the influence of adding Moringa leaf extract to Tempe product on panelists' acceptance. This study was an experimental study which applied Randomized Block Design by using 4 treatments; T1 control, T2 the additional of 2% Moringa leaf extract, T3 the additional of 5% Moringa leaf extract and T4 the additional of 10% Moringa leaf extract. Determination of the sample applied Simple Random Sampling Technique which was consist of 30 respondents, hereinafter referred to as panelists with certain criteria. Data analysis used variance analysis (ANOVA) and if there was a significant difference effect, it would be further tested using Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) with 5% confidence level. The panelist's preference/ hedonic test were carried out on color, texture, taste, and aroma. The results showed that the most preferred treatment by the panelists was the T1 control treatment in terms of color, texture, taste and aroma, while the least preferred treatment was shown in T4 treatment with the addition of 10% Moringa leaf extract.
Tourism has a great impact on social and economic sectors in Banyuwangi since tourism sector in Bayuwangi have natural wealth and diverse cultural heritage. In the last decade, the economic growth in Banyuwangi has increased, especially in the tourism sector. This study aimed to identify driving and inhibiting factors in optimizing local taxes in the tourism sector. A quantitative descriptive research was used in this study. The results of this study indicated that the driving factors of tax optimization comprised good hospitality, local tax management system managed by Bapenda, local regulations, number of tourist arrivals. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors of tax optimization involved the basic consideration in collecting data of taxpayer, which was yet optimized, unintegrated data related to number of tourist arrivals, hotels, restaurants, entertainment as taxpayer subjects, low awareness of taxpayers, and the sluggish global economy.
<p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><strong><em>. </em></strong><em>One of the business strategies that need to be implemented is to change the conventional system to be computerized. The goal is to make it easier to manage transactions, finances, and stock. PT. Agro Indo Raya is one of the business actors that focuses on selling plant seeds, namely porang, areca nut, sunflower, and organic liquid fertilizer. The business system that is run is cooperation in fulfilling the needs of plant seeds up to the purchase of crops (contract system), or only selling plant seeds (break sales). This business system is implemented so that farmers can continue to work even though they do not have much business capital, so they choose a contract system. Consumers who have been partners with PT. Agro Indo Raya are local farmers in the Banyuwangi Regency as well as farmers from outside the area. The problems that have been experienced by partners are the management of transactions, products and stock and finances. The solution offered through this service activity is the creation of a Point of Sale (POS) application to make it easier for PT. Agro Indo Raya in managing transaction, stock, and financial data to create technology-based business processes. The stages of service carried out are field observations to find out problems with partners, making POS applications, implementing applications for partners, mentoring and training on how POS applications work, evaluating and monitoring activitie.</em></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong> Salah satu strategi bisnis yang perlu diterapkan, dengan mengubah sistem konvensional menjadi terkomputerisasi. Tujuannya adalah kemudahan pengelolaan transaksi, keuangan, stok dan laporan. PT. Agro Indo Raya adalah salah satu pelaku usaha yang fokus pada penjualan bibit tanaman yaitu porang, pinang, bunga matahari, dan pupuk cair organik. Sistem bisnis yang dijalankan adalah kerjasama dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan bibit tanaman sampai dengan pembelian hasil panen (sistem kontrak), atau hanya penjualan bibit tanaman saja (jual putus). Sistem bisnis ini dilakukan agar petani dapat terus bekerja walau modal usaha yang dimiliki tidak banyak sehingga memilih sistem kontrak. Konsumen yang selama ini telah menjadi mitra PT. Agro Indo Raya adalah petani lokal di wilayah Kabupaten Banyuwangi maupun petani dari luar daerah. Permasalahan yang selama ini dialami oleh mitra adalah pengelolaan transaksi, produk dan stok dan keuangan. Solusi yang ditawarkan melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu pembuatan aplikasi Point of Sale (POS) dalam mengelola data transaksi, stok dan keuangan dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan pegawai dalam melakukan pencatatan data penjualan serta manajer bisa melihat laporan penjualan secara <em>real-time</em>. Tahapan pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah observasi lapang untuk mengetahui permasalahan di mitra, pembuatan aplikasi POS, implementasi aplikasi ke mitra, pendampingan dan pelatihan cara kerja aplikasi POS, evaluasi dan monitoring kegiatan.<em> </em><em></em></p><p> </p><div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: 385px; top: 530.074px;"> </div>
