One of the human resources (HR) owned by an agency is employees. Employees are one of the important aspects in an agency. The management of human resources (HR) of a company greatly influences many aspects of determining the work success of the agency. One of the most important in HR management in an agency is the selection of the best employees periodically so that the selected ones will be given an award in the form of bonuses to motivate employees to improve their performance and loyalty. The large number of employees in an agency makes the process of selecting the best employees less effective if done manually. This is due to a comparison between many criteria with many alternatives. WASPAS method is one method that can solve problems in the process of selecting employees. The highest Qi value is Q1 alternative value that will be recommended to be the best employee, which is 0,85.
The high public interest in the ownership of decent and cheap housing, so fertile the business of Kredit Perumahan Rakyat (KPR). The rapid growth of housing-based mortgages due to the subsidy from the government so that people have the ease of a minimum of the price. Even sometimes found housing developers who offer low-cost advance materials until no down payment. As a result, the quality of buildings, facilities, and legality rumahpun sidelined. This will obviously harm society in the future. Therefore, the community must have the ability in determining the KPR which with various criteria that will be able to prevent society from loss. This study aims to analyze the factors of priority in the selection of housing KPR. This method is done through the application of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Based on the results of the calculation analysis that has been done, then sequentially the criteria that the highest priority is the criteria of Building Quality, House Price, Advances, Location, Licensing, and Facilities.

The problem is the difficulty in storing or searching the archives that have been stored, as well as the problem of making late reports that also hamper the delivery of information. Many families should not get Raskin but receive raskin too, on the contrary for poor families who should get Raskin but not get it. this research was conducted with the aim of developing a decision support system application that facilitates the parties to make decisions in the selection of poor families who are entitled to receive Raskin in Mekar Sari Dusun Village. The method used in system development is the TOPSIS method, where the topsis method is is one of the decision making methods where the chosen alternative is the best alternative that has the closest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest from the negative ideal solution. Karyawan penerima reward secara objektif berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Karyawan adalah salah satu sumberdaya yang dimiliki dalam suatu instansi, dimana dalam melaksanakan tugasnya karyawan dituntut untuk menghasilkan kinerja yang unggul. Sebagai kompensasi dari kinerja yang sudah dilakukan oleh seorang karyawan, instansi memberikan upah atau gaji pokok. Pemberian gaji pokok pada karyawan dilakukan oleh instansi sesuai dengan kontrak kerja. Di samping gaji Teknologi informasi yang berkembang di masyarakat memberi pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Dengan adanya teknologi informasi, masyarakat dapat mengefektifkan serta mengefisiensikan pekerjaan mereka. Salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi informasi adalah dalam menentukan pokok, setiap instansi kadangkala memberikan reward. Reward diberikan bisa setahun sekali atau beberapa tahun sekali. Metode VIKOR merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, misalnya dalam pemberian reward. Dengan adanya reward masing-masing karyawan berusaha untuk menunjukkan kinerja terbaiknya yang dapat menguntungkan instansi. Nilai indeks alternatif minimum (Qi) diperoleh alternatif ke-20 dengan nilai Qi adalah 0,00.
The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is one of the methods in determining decisions based on predetermined criteria, such as employee annual bonuses. However, there are no criteria and systems used to determine who employees are eligible for the yearly bonus based on their purpose The purpose of this study is to create a system of supporting employee annual bonus decisions by applying the SAW method. The waterfall is a model used to build this system through analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Data collection used observations and interviews, as well as data used by 20 people. The data analysis technique uses the SAW method by looking at alternatives and rankings of the results obtained. Testing this system uses a black box by looking at the processes and functions of several components in this system. These findings result in a system that can provide a decision to determine annual bonuses for employees using the SAW method addition, has been successfully implemented with this method. In addition, this system also has all its components already functioning, both from the login process to being able to produce feasible decisions and not determining the bonus.
