Sekolah Dasar merupakan tingkat pendidikan formal yang masih tergolong awal. Pada tingkat ini terdapat beberapa aspek yang harus dikuasai siswa seperti aspek kogtinif, motorik, dan psikomotor. Salah satu kemampuan dalam aspek kognitif yang harus dikuasai siswa adalah kemampuan berhitung. Berhitung adalah salah satu tugas belajar anak yang harus bisa dipelajari dengan baik selain belajar menulis dan membaca. Agar kemampuan berhitung anak dapat berkembang dengan baik, maka sebaiknya guru dapat melaksanakan proses pembelajaran melalui kegiatan bermain sambil belajar atau belajar sambil bermain, karena bermain adalah cara anak dalam belajar. Ular Tangga Matematika adalah permainan edukatif yang dikembangkan dengan memodifikasi permainan ular tangga pada umumnya. Permainan ini dibuat dengan tujuan agar kemampuan berhitung siswa kelas III SDN Guminingrejo dapat meningkat melalui aktivitas bermain ini. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, sedangkan pendekatan yang akan digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Setelah permainan ini diterapkan dalam pembelajaran dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Produk Ular tangga matematika dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung anak, 2) kualitas produk termasuk layak untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran, 3) produk dapat menghasikan tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran, 4) penerapan produk dapat meningkatkan movitasi belajar anak karena belajar terasa tidak membosankan.
In the present study, the eco-friendly and economical methods have been developed by employing natural iron sand as a main precursor to create Fe3O4/ZnO nanocomposites (NCs). The formation of Fe3O4/ZnO NCs was confirmed using XRD, synchrotron-based SAXS, FTIR spectroscopy, and SEM. The XRD results revealed that the Fe3O4 and ZnO crystallised spinel cubic and hexagonal wurtzite structures. The SAXS results exposed the construction of fractal dimension with the values of 3.20–3.70, which indicated a compact structure in 3-dimensions. The SEM images showed that the morphology of the samples tended to agglomerate in nanometric size. The FTIR spectra proved the presence of the Fe–O and Zn–O bonds as the main components of the NCs. The UV–vis spectroscopy analysis revealed that the bandgap energy of the Fe3O4/ZnO NCs ranged from 2.244 to 3.533 eV. Furthermore, the Fe3O4/ZnO NCs demonstrated superparamagnetic behaviour with the blocking temperature below 212 K, and their saturation magnetisation increased with increasing Fe3O4 content. Interestingly, all samples demonstrated excellent inhibitory performance against C. albicans, which indicates that the Fe3O4/ZnO NCs synthesised by eco-friendly and economical methods from natural iron sand for the first time are novel candidates for use as high-performance antifungal agents.
This research is focused on the synthesis of a polystiren layer for biosensors based on a Quartz Crystal Microbalance sensor (QCM) to immobilize the biomolecule. The polystyrene thin film was deposited by means of spin coating method with various solvents, such as chloroform, toluene, xylene, and tetrahydrofuran (THF), containing a 3% polystyrene solution by mass. The morphologies of the polystyrene layers were observed via SEM/EDx. The polystyrene surface coated using chloroform as the solvent has a rougher morphology and the largest diameter pores compared with the other solvents. The result show the polystyrene surface coating produced with chloroform caused a higher frequency change, which resulted in the binding of a wider range of biomolecules.
There are many environmental issues that until now do not have many solutions yet in this country. The environment has always been a big issue in almost all urban areas. This is still a lots thing to do by peoples. To foster the character of environmental care which plays a major role in the welfare and sustainability of people's lives, then awareness must be built for each individual. One of them is through education. Education is a process of maturity. The lack of understanding and skills in preserving the environment makes vulnerable communities act to not pay attention to the preservation of the environment in which they live. Environmental Education must be provided by all components of society. Environmental education needs to be taught from an early age to form awareness of caring for the environment.
