Dukungan sosial dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19 terhadap masyarakat umum, pasien serta tenaga medis sangat diperlukan berbentuk : appraisal support memecahkan masalah atau menguraikan stressor, tangible support bantuan nyata menyelesaikan masalah, self esteem support dukungan pandangan baik tentang dirinya dan belonging support penerimaan dalam satu bagian atau kelompok. Tujuan review article ini adalah untuk mengulas berbagai artikel mengenai dukungan sosial di masa pandemi Covid-19 sehingga dijadikan sebagai informasi bahwa dukungan sosial saat ini mempunyai peran penting di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan database bibliografi elektronik ilmiah dari artikel berbahasa inggris yang dipublikasikan melalui Research Square sebanyak 1.001 artikel, Google Scholar sebanyak 24.000 artikel dan Pubmed sebanyak 141 artikel, kemudian dipilih 5 artikel. Hasil review dari 5 artikel yang dipilih menyatakan dukungan sosial berkorelasi positif dengan efikasi diri terhadap penyakit Covid-19 dan kualitas tidur, sedangkan dukungan sosial berkorelasi negative dengan kecemasan, stress, depresi, tekanan psikologis terhadap penyakit Covid-19 dan gejala kompulsif seksual. Dukungan sosial sangat penting dalam dimensi kesehatan dan kesejahteraan untuk meningkatkan mekanisme koping dan kualitas hidup.
Abstrak Pandemi COVID-19 mengakibatkan peningkatan beban pelayanan kesehatan tenaga kesehatan yang berpotensi mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan kesehatan, produktivitas pelayanan tenaga kesehatan yang dapat berdampak pada gangguan kesehatan mental tenaga kesehatan sehingga akan berisiko untuk terjadinya burnout. Pengkajian sistematis faktor penyebab burnout yang telah dipublikasikan dari berbagai Negara dapat menjadi salah satu upaya untuk menentukan langkah preventif, kuratif dan rehabilitatif tenaga kesehatan yang mengalami burnout akibat COVID-19 di Indonesia. Pencarian sistematis dilakukan pada Maret-April 2021. Basis data yang digunakan: PubMed, Google Scholar dan Spingerlink. Kata kunci: “COVID 19 and burnout and Health workers†dan “COVID 19 and burnoutâ€, “COVID 19 and burnout and Health workers and factors associatedâ€. Pelaporan tinjauan sistematis ini berpedoman pada Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Terdapat 9 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan melibatkan 10.517 tenaga kesehatan dari seluruh dunia. Sebagian besar burnout disebabkan oleh meningkatnya beban kerja dengan semakin lama dalam tindakan pencegahan ekstra, perubahan tim, penyebaran dampak pandemi dan masalah birokrasi akan menguras tenaga serta pikiran tenaga kesehatan, terutama yang bekerja menangani langsung pasien COVID-19. Kata Kunci: COVID-19, burnout, tenaga kesehatan Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in an increase in the burden of health care for health workers which has the potential to affect the quality of health services, productivity of health worker services which can have an impact on mental health disorders of health workers so that it will be at risk of burnout. The published systematic study of the causes of burnout from various countries can be an effort to determine preventive, curative and rehabilitative steps for health workers who experience burnout due to COVID-19 in Indonesia. A systematic search was carried out in March-April 2021. Databases used: PubMed, Google Scholar and Spingerlink. Keywords: "COVID 19 and burnout and Health workers" and "COVID 19 and burnout", "COVID 19 and burnout and Health workers and factors associated". This systematic review reporting is guided by Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyzes (PRISMA). There were 9 articles that met the inclusion criteria and involved 10,517 health workers from around the world. Most of the burnout is caused by the increasing workload with the longer taking extra precautions, team changes, the spread of the impact of the pandemic and bureaucratic problems that will drain the health and minds of health workers, especially those who work directly with COVID-19 patients. Elderly is one of the developmental periods characterized by a decrease in physical, psychological and social functions. This decrease in function can reduce the quality of life of the elderly. To improve the quality of life of the elderly a social support is needed. The social support aims to help the elderly to fulfill their life needs. The purpose of this article review is to review various articles regarding social support for the quality of life of the elderly so that it can be used as information data so that the elderly do not experience problems of lack of attention or affection, feeling lonely, depressed and feeling useless, thus fulfilling their life needs. The method used is a scientific electronic bibliographic database of articles published through Google Scholar as many as 2,680,000 articles and from Google Scholar 6,320 articles, then 10 articles are selected. The results of a review of 10 articles that have been chosen state that social support improves the quality of life for the elderly. Social support is defined as the existence or presence of someone who is trustworthy, understanding, caring and loving, from the closest people such as children, family, and society that are needed by the elderly to live the rest of their lives because it is a support system for the elderly to be active amid the limitations experienced. Family support is a supporting factor or a supporting factor for a person's behavior and lifestyle so that it influences the health status and quality of life of the elderly. The purpose of this literature is to review various literature on family support for the quality of life of the elderly so that it can be used as information data to make the life of the elderly more meaningful that there is encouragement to live with the life they live every day caused by family support. The method used is a scientific electronic bibliographic database of articles published through Google Scholar with 1,370,000 articles, Pubmed with 9,376 articles, Microsoft Academic 60 articles and from Google Scholar as many as 655 articles, then 10 articles were selected. The results of a review of 10 selected articles stated that family support improved the quality of life for the elderly. Families play an important role in the concept of healthy pain in their elderly family members, the family provides direct care for sick family members, the family is a support system physically, psychologically, socially and environmentally in improving the quality of life for the elderly.
