<p><em>T</em><em>his study aims to identify and to analyze the influence of achievement and action competency, helping and human services competency, impact and influence competency, managerial competency, cognitive competency, and personal effectiveness competency on job performance of the employees in Sari Mulia Hospital Banjarmasin.</em></p><p><em>T</em><em>here were 310 employees in Sari Mulia Hospital Banjarmasin as the population of the study. Probability sampling with proportional sampling technique was employed as the sampling technique. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the samples of 173 employees in Sari Mulia Hospital Banjarmasin. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regressions.</em></p><p><em>Based on the findings of the research, it was found that each variable of competencies, such as achievement and action competency, helping and human services competency, impact and influence competency, cognitive competency, and personal effectiveness competency influence employees’ job performance in Sari Mulia Hospital Banjarmasin.</em><em></em></p>
<p><em>This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of motivation (X1), Education (X2), Training (X3) Work Experience (X4) as independent variables either partially or simultaneously to the Teacher Performance (Y) as the dependent variable in SMKN 5 Banjarmasin.</em></p><p><em> This research method using purposive sampling technique with sample of 96 teachers SMKN 5 Banjarmasin. Variable measurement technique Likert scale with a weight scale from 1 to 5. To determine the correlation between the variables X1, X2, X3, and X4 towards Y, multiple linear regression correlation technique was used; and to test the significance level, the form of test deteminasi coefficient test was used ;and F test and t test used using SPSS 16 series.</em></p><p><em>The research concludes that there is a significant positive effect of each variable indenvenden variables simultaneouslyand partially towards the dependent variables. Among the four highest indenvenden variables, the variable Work experience (X4) was the highest variable compared to the independent variables towards teacher performance in SMKN 5 Banjarmasin</em></p>
Objective: Tooth lost is the one of mostly case in dentistry. Dental implant are the proper and fast procedure to rehabilitated full or partial edentulous ridge. Many research and clinical study said that the successful of dental implant application are depend on osseointegration which considered by anatomical of the bone structure with implant or mechanical feature of implant. Dissucion : The composition of material and topographic surface are the important thing in osseointegration process . For many patient, Titanium give a good results, but some of patient worried because it can make a grey line in sub gingival or across the ridge which have a thin bone and soft gingival structure, So with zirconia implant hopefully that grey line doesn’t appear. Both of titanium and zirconia are very strong, Titanium have a high flexibility and fracture resistence but, zirconia have a low elasticity, which can cause a micro fracture. Conclusion : Zirconia implant have a good esthetics and looked naturally.

Sehingga lembaga pendidikan dapat merumuskan rencana (action plan) yang tepat.
