This study aims to find out to what extent of the percentage analysis of the level of students’ happiness in their life processes. The research method used is descriptive quantitative and inferential research. The population of this study were all students of the department of Christian religious education IAKN Tarutung which were 566 students. The sample in the study was 86 people who were randomly assigned. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire with four options. Data analysis techniques using the t-test. Based on the analysis it is known that the level of student happiness is 78.45% in the good category. From the results of the hypothesis test that the t-test = 13.251 and the table is 1.684, where t-count t-table is 13.2511.684. Thus it can be concluded that the analysis of the happiness level of department PAK IAKN Tarutung students in 2019 in their life processes is ≥ 75% of what was expected.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar persentase analisis tingkat kebahagiaan mahasiswa dalam proses kehidupannya. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan inferensial. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Jurusan PAK IAKN Tarutung sebanyak 566 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian 86 orang yang ditetapkan secara acak. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa angket tertutup dengan empat option. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan uji t. This paper tells about mission which doing in the different condition. Thedifferent is explained in this paper are about race, gender, skin color,language and religion. Religious diversity is about how if the mission isstated in the sensitivity of different without give rise to problem and conflict. AbstrakMisi Kristen dalam perjalanannya selalu mengalami perkembangan dimana perkembangan tersebut seiring perkembangan paradigma teologi. Perkembangan paradigma teologi tersebut juga mengalami sentuhan dengan budaya-budaya yang mengakibatkan perubahan perkembangan misi Kristen. Orang Kristen di tanah Batak memiliki keunikan tersendiri dalam menjalankan misi Kristen di tanah Batak karena misi tersebut dipahami sebagai inkulturasi budaya didalamnya dan budaya yang cocok adalah budaya kekerabatan orang Batak yaitu Dalihan Na Tolu.Kata Kunci : Inkulturasi, Dalihan na ToluAbstractThe Christian mission always has development progress in its journey, as a the development of the theological paradigm. This article describes how a great prophet, Jeremiah, who was chosen by God, worked among the Israelites who were living in exile. During his ministry, he received a lot of criticism from other prophets; there was a conflict in the news. In writing this article, a constructive theological approach was carried out for students in understanding the differences in the teachings conveyed by Jeremiah and the other prophets. This approach will explain how the content of Jeremiah's teaching is a message of peace that can be received by the Israelites as immigrants in a foreign land. How do students, as newcomers to a new place, adapt to the new context and lifestyle to feel peace?

Social media often notifies that some teacher did praiseworthy deeds, especially actions that harmed students. Those behaviors were including rape, beatings, extortion in the field of material, and many other cases. Actually, a teacher is expected to be a role model by their words and behavior blessing students. Especially, the profession as a Christian religious education teacher is not same as other teachers. Christian religious education teachers have more difficult duties and responsibilities which not only providing information and knowledge to students, but they also bring students to experience a special meeting with Christ and have a new life in Christ. Therefore, to meet this main responsiblities, Christian religious education teacher must carry out evangelism.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Media sosial sering memberitakan tentang perbuatan dari beberapa guru yang tidak terpuji, khususnya perbuatan yang merugikan para muridnya sendiri. Baik itu tindakan pemerkosaan, pemukulan, pemerasan dalam bidang materi, dan masih banyak lagi kasus yang lain. Padahal seorang guru diharapkan menjadi teladan, baik dalam perkataan, tingkahlaku yang menjadi berkat bagi siswa. Terutama profesi sebagai guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) tidak sama dengan guru-guru umum lainnya, guru PAK memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab yang lebih berat, bukan hanya sekedar memberikan informasi dan ilmu pengetahuan kepada peserta didik tetapi yang paling utama adalah membawa peserta didik mengalami perjumpaan dengan Kristus dan memiliki hidup baru di dalam Kristus.
