Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of food certification, commitment and reputation on intention to control quality and safety in food supply chain firms of Pakistan. Consumers are now well aware about quality and safety measures for their better health through social media. Therefore, for the survival the food supply chain firms should have study the key variables which can build the confidence among consumers. Design/Methodology/Approach: For obtaining the research objectives of present the primary data collected through adopted questionnaire and survey method is applied. In this study 190 employees from food supply chain firms including the middle level and lower-level employees’ voluntary filled the self-administrative questionnaire. For the analysis of gathered data the confirmatory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed in AMOS version 25. Findings: Results, of this study confirmed positive and significant impact of food certification and commitment impact on intention to control quality and safety. However, reputation did not find to have significant impact of reputation on intention to control quality and safety in food supply chain firms. In addition, the commitment is the key factor which has more significant and positive impact on intention to control quality and safety in food supply chain firm’s due higher beta and p-value. Implications/Originality/Value: Based on limited knowledge of authors this is first study which gives insights from food supply chain firms related to intention to control quality safety.
This paper is purposely prepared to explore the significance of marketing intelligence in primary marketing development, specifically with regard to SWOT analysis. It also aims to identify common issues associated with SWOT analysis and propose a systematic approach to addressing them. This topic has been widely discussed in the research field, and while there have been previous efforts to address it, there is still potential for further exploration and development. The paper is based on a comprehensive literature review, which suggests that pre-job assessment can have a positive impact on the effectiveness of primary marketing planning by evaluating the SWOT analysis. Optimistically, this paper will help marketing managers understand the standing of marketing intelligence, advertising vision and pre-job valuation in evolving operative primary promotion plans.
This research has investigated the influence of corporate entrepreneurship on the performance of enterprises and its overall influence in the context of reengineering corporate model .The study has revealed findings from the perspective of Pakistani banks. Furthermore, the study also highlighted ground realities and implications of certain internal antecedents of corporate entrepreneurship within Pakistan. The study formulated a new integrated model which is unrevealed from the perspective of present literature. Data analysis of 280 questionnaires has been done through Smart PLS and SPSS.

The makeup industry is a well-known and fast-progressing industry around the world however; they are from a time facing problems. As makeup industries are evolving there is quite an amount of setback and scandals too that they have to face because of the increasing feminine point of view, changes in mindsets, generation change, discouraging advertisement old strategies, increase in offensiveness, and the most horrified one increasing of chemicals that harm. This irresponsibleness had started to put a publicity burden and lawsuits on their shoulders too. This study adopted a questionnaire with a valid sample size of 93. Through SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences), the tests for normality, validity, correlation, exploratory factor analysis, and regression analysis were conducted. The study found that the product, placement, branding, physical evidence, perspective from makeup users, and usefulness of the advertising content, all have and negative impact on the makeup industry. The study has validated all the results. We also find that the usefulness of advertising content plays an important moderating role in the relationships between product offerings as destination and make-up society. The makeup industry will benefit from the findings of this study in developing beneficial strategies for the promotion of makeup usage, which can be used in future studies as well.
