This research aims to find out the Effect of Training, Motivation, And Employee Satisfaction on Employee Performance. This study used questionnaires that used scoring techniques on likert scale techniques. The sample in this study is that all members of the population are sampled, namely Workers who work in UD. RAHMAN numbered 32 people. Analytical Techniques and Hypothesis Testing Techniques Analysis using PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study showed that training does not have a significant influence on employee performance, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, satisfaction does not have a significant influence on employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the impact of work environment and work discipline to employees performance on Pos Indonesia, Co. Ltd Branch kebonrojo Surabaya. This research is quantitative. There are 2 variables are used, those are independent variables which Work Environment and Work Discipline and dependent variables which Employees Performance. there are population in this study as much 59 employees. Sampling technique useed saturated sample which the entire population is the research sample. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed to employees of service and distribution process division. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study are: (1) Work Environment has positive and not significant effects to employees performance (2) work discipline has positive and significant effects to employees performance.
This study aims to determine the effect of employee loyalty and work environment on employee performance at PT. PMP Bobbin Unit Jember. The data used is primary data used is primary data used is primary data from at PT.PMP Bobbin unit Jember. The data sample was taken using the purposive sampling method with the criteria of working period of more than equal to 20 years with a total of 78 samples that will be tested using the SEM PLS application, from the results of the analysis it is known that employee loyalty has an influence on employee performance, while the work environment variable is known to be less effect on employee performance at PT. PMP Bobbin unit Jember.
This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi Surabaya with 38 employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, while data analysis techniques used SEM PLS with Smart PLS software. The results showed that job satisfaction and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment among employees at PT. Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi Surabaya. In conclusion, the presence of job satisfaction and good work motivation will create a strong organizational commitment to each employee.

This research aims to find out the Influence of Leadership and Loyalty on Employee Performance at PT PLN UID East Java. Data collection methods include check lists, questionnaires, interview guidelines, to cameras for photos or to record images. In this case the method of collecting data through questionnaires by spreading questionnaires to employees of PT PLN UID JATIM. Modeling in the analysis of this study is to use PLS. The results showed that leadership styles that give a very good influence in improving employee performance, as well as employee loyalty have an influence in improving performance. The conclusion of this study is that employees will easily excel and easily improve their performance if the leadership or manager has a good nature, firm and not arbitrary towards employees. Meanwhile, employees who have high loyalty to the company will automatically improve performance directly.
