A new hydraulic drawing system of coal mining machine is proposed in this paper. The variable plunger pump adopted in the hydraulic drawing system of coal mining machine is replaced by load-sensing variable displacement pump. The working principle and energy-saving of the new system are introduced. The performance of the new system is obtained by the simulation study using AMESim.
This article introduces a solution to avoid that the car audio amplifier will go into mute when the engine is in start-stop state. It is a trend that the car audio amplifier should work in normal mode even if the engine is in start-stop state. STMicroelectronics has used this solution in low cost device of TDA7850LV, which targets to fit the new generation of green transport.
A new ESD protection structure of HVPSCR embedded into the high-voltage PMOS device is proposed to greatly improve ESD robustness of the vacuum-fluorescentdisplay (VFD) driver IC for automotive electronics applications. By only adding the additional N+ diffusion into the drain region of HVPMOS, the It2 of output cell has been greatly improved form 0.07A to be greater than 6A within the almost same layout area. Such an ESD-enhanced VFD driver IC has been in mass production for automotive applications in car to sustain HBM ESD stress of up to 8kV.
