Elections in Indonesia have taken place since 1955 to elect a legislature. At a national level, Indonesian people did not elect a president until 2004. For the first time, the president, and members of People's Consultative Assembly will be elected on the same day [1]. The next general election that will be held in Indonesia is next year on 17 April 2019. Related to this situation, discussion and prediction about who is the Presidential candidate in Indonesia become a hot and interesting conversation among Indonesian citizen, and many of them expressed it through social media. Body dissatisfaction reflects negative body image which may promote behavior changes in order to improve appearance. This study investigates the association between body dissatisfaction and dietary behavior of young adults. College students (n=379) completed a survey on body dissatisfaction and dietary behavior in a cross-sectional research design and convenience non-probability sampling method. Information about nutritional status, reasons of dieting, dieting methods, dietary behavior scale, and body dissatisfaction scale were collected. Most respondents had normal weight status, poor dietary behavior, and body dissatisfaction. Obtaining attractive body shape was the most voted reason of dieting, while cutting eating frequency was the most frequent dieting method. There was a weak and contradicting (r=-0.095) association between body dissatisfaction and dietary behavior which meant that body dissatisfaction was followed by poor dietary behavior

The goals of organization or company are achieved by the given objectives of all the employees. In order to measure the achievement of the employees, the organization or company can use Key Performance Indicator (KPI). However, most of the application of KPI is done manually, for example in inputting scores, result submission, score checking, and report creation. Seeing this condition, an application called “Smart KPI” is developed to provide an effective and efficient KPI System, to provide the valid KPI data to assist the monitoring of employees performance, and to create the organizational structure by relating the supervisor with the subordinate. This application is developed using Scrum research method that consists of backlog and sprint. The backlog consists of literature studies, comparing previous research or product, distributing questionnaires, and interviewing IT experts. Sprint consists of sprint and release planning and actual sprint work. The result is a PHP based web application for KPI processing for an organization or company that depends on the structure of users and indicators that have been set in the back-end and apply the settings and process the KPI in the front-end. The conclusion that obtained is this application will help the KPI processing which match the user requirement and has a good user interface and performance.

<p>Tuntutan dan persaingan tenaga tenaga kerja saat ini semakin tinggi sehingga mengakibatkan pekerja rentan mengalami stres kerja. Stres kerja yang tinggi dialami oleh karyawan PT.MN. Melihat adanya fenomena stres kerja yang dialami karyawan MN membuat peneliti tertarik untuk melihat kaitan antara <em>psychological</em> <em>capital</em> dengan stres kerja yang dimiliki oleh karyawan MN. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Penelitian ini melibatkan 153 karyawan MN yang telah bekerja selama lebih dari enam bulan. Data diperoleh melalui instrumen penelitian dan  dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS 17. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara <em>psychological</em> <em>capital </em>dengan stres kerja pada karyawan MN, peneliti menggunakan korelasi <em>Pearson.</em> Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran <em>psychological</em> <em>capital</em> yang rendah dan stres kerja yang tinggi. Hasil uji korelasi <em>Pearson </em>menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif signifikan yang kuat antara <em>psychological</em> <em>capital</em> dengan stres kerja pada karyawan MN. Dengan adanya korelasi tersebut, bagi pihak MN sebaiknya meningkatkan <em>psychological</em> <em>capital</em> yang dimiliki karyawan agar stres kerja dapat berkurang. Hal ini akan memberikan dampak positif bagi kemajuan karyawan maupun perusahaan.</p>
