The purpose of this study was to describe Science Learning Management Based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in public high schools in Bantul Regency. This research is a quantitative research. The research locations were in 19 public high schools in Bantul Regency. This research was conducted from May to August 2019. The data source for this research was science teachers at public senior high schools in Bantul Regency. Data collection techniques using document studies. Data analysis techniques using quantitative data analysis techniques with percentages. The results showed that in terms of planning in public high schools in Bantul Regency, 82.5% were HOTS-based, but this percentage tended to decrease during the implementation of learning, namely 54.4% and about 58.3% in learning evaluation which should also HOTS based.
This research is aimed to describe the school librarian capability to (1) find or collect information, (2) use or utilize information, (3) evaluate information, (4) communicate information, among the senior high schools of Bantul district. The librarian capability to implement information literacy is highly needed since the advancement of information technology and the abundant of information in various social media and other facilities that can support the school activities. It demands the librarian to have literacy capability. This study can be categorized as descriptive-qualitative research. The research population was the school librarian. The data was collected by using questionnaire. The data validity was tested through content validity test. The data analysis technique was descriptive data analysis with the percentage. The research result showed that: (1) most respondents (77.70%) had good capability to find/collect information to complete the library collection, (2) 89.96% of the respondents were categorized to have “very good” capability to use/utilize library information. (3) 79.73% of them belonged to “good” capability to evaluate information and (4) 81.62% of respondents were proved to have “good” capability to communicate the obtained information.
Introduction. The use of library websites has begun to be used massively by libraries as a source of digital library information. This study aims to analyze the quality of the vocational school library website and identify the factors that influence the quality of the website. Data Collection Methods. Using quantitative methods with a population of all vocational high school students in Yogyakarta. Data were obtained using a questionnaire on 357 students from three schools. Data Analysis. Data analysis techniques were performed using WebQual Index (WQI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis. Results and Discussion. The results of this study found a WQI value of 0.87 on the library website of SMKN 1 Bantul, the library website of SMKN 1 Godean of 0.85 and of SMKN 2 Yogyakarta of 0.81. The quality of the library website at SMKN 1 Bantul is the library website with the best quality based on user perceptions. There are five factors that are important for users, namely a positive experience when visiting the website, reliable information provided by the website, personal data security, personalization features, and website manager information. Conclusion. In general, the quality of the vocational high school library website in Yogyakarta is good based on three aspects, namely usability, information quality and interaction service quality.
<span lang="EN-US">The purpose of this study is to describe the process of developing learning tools to support a team-based digital learning environment (DLE) project in library management courses. The </span><span lang="EN-US">analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate (ADDIE) development model is used in this study to investigate this type of research and development (R&D). The study included 162 students from four universities in Indonesia. Data is gathered through media and material validation questionnaires, learning management system (LMS) user satisfaction questionnaires, and lesson learning outcomes tests. Instruments include media and material validation sheets, LMS user satisfaction instruments, and lesson learning outcomes test instrument sheets. The media validation test and material results show that all media can be used with minor adjustments. Students have responded positively to the DLE application for online learning at universities. Learning tools are critical for raising motivation and accomplishing course learning outcomes. In the future, the evolution of learning media may be accompanied by the evolution of learning designs. As a result, the learning process and learning outcomes can be optimized. This study makes recommendations for revamping learning materials, media, and design to increase student motivation to learn.</span>
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan program pengembangan layanan perpustakaan sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Bantul. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala perpustakaan, tenaga pengelola perpustakaan sekolah, dan relawan pustakawan muda. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) bentuk program pengembangan layanan perpustakaan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Bantul meliputi kegiatan layanan untuk difabel, narapidana, dan kegiatan di panti jompo; (2) proses pelaksanaan kegiatan layanan perpustakaan terdiri atas: (a) layanan untuk difabel dengan mengundang siswa difabel dari luar sekolah untuk mengikuti kegiatan story telling; (b) layanan bagi narapidana dilakukan dengan mengganti koleksi setiap dua bulan sekali; dan (c) layanan di panti jompo dilakukan dengan mengganti koleksi dalam jangka waktu dua bulan sekali dan memberi pendampingan bagi manula dalam memanfaatkan koleksi.
