COVID-19 is a health crisis that is experienced by the world. Many countries decided to close schools, colleges, and universities. The Indonesian government decided to close schools and educational institutions and change the teaching and learning process through face-to-face turns into online learning. The transformation in this process impacts online learning for most teachers and students who have not adapted well. This study aims to analyze the relevant ministries in the education sector, which is less capable and less responsive, creating the right policy to face changes that occur and policy alternatives that should be taken by the government. This study uses the research method mixed method, that is a mixture of qualitative and quantitative with the type of concurrent triangulation to analyze each variable’s relationship more accurately. The data source is secondary data sources derived from journals, online news, and previous research survey results. This study shows that there is still the occurrence of inequality of internet access and technology capabilities, especially in rural areas; therefore, online learning facilities and infrastructure should be improved so that there is no aggrieved party.
Post Covid 19 was declared as a national disaster non-natural, central and local government try to do various efforts and policies to handle Covid 19. One of the areas in Indonesia which has number of cases Covid 19 highest is Jakarta. The increase in cases Covid 19 very influential and have an impact significant enough for a variety of important sectors such as economy, education, health in Jakarta. Various policies and efforts have been made by the government of DKI Jakarta, such as policy Restrictions on Large-Scale Social (PSBB) to reduce the cases Covid 19 in Jakarta. However the increase in cases Covid 19 in Jakarta has not shown a significant decline. This study aims to analyze the policies and efforts taken by the government of Jakarta to handle Covid 19. The research is qualitative research with descriptive method of analysis and data collection techniques using literature study. The results of the study showed that the policy and efforts made are not yet fully effective in handling Covid 19 in Jakarta. The Obstacles in handling comes from the non-compliance communities and weak coordination of central and local government.
This study goals to explain for the crimes that happen inside the Sulu Sea including kidnapping Indonesian citizens including the hostage of Indonesian citizens who led to the demand for ransom. This study uses qualitative research methods and the data sources are from studies of journals or reports from institutes or scientific writing. The reason of this study is to provide an explanation for how the Indonesian Government manages the kidnapping and Indonesia Goverment has the obligation to maintain the safety and security of its citizens, including the hostage incident by the Abu Sayyaf group and to provide an overview of the prevention efforts carried out. To analyze in this study, the author uses the concepts and theories are maritime piracy, maritime security, and international cooperation. The outcomes of this study, the handling of hostage-taking Indonesian citizens (WNI) by the Abu Sayyaf changed into carried out by the Government of Indonesia by conducting negotiations, both closed and open negotiations. Prevention efforts executed by the Government of Indonesia are by establishing cooperation Indomalphi with Malaysia and the Philippines. After the Indomalphi cooperation, there is no data showing the recurrence of Indonesian citizens being held hostage by the Abu Sayyaf group. The recommendation of advice in this paper is as a long-term prevention effort is the establishment of regional development cooperation and economic development between Indonesia and the southern Philippines. Cooperation in the field of culture, education, and in the social field. So that the cooperation is expected to build a close relationship between the two countries (sister city) can prevent the Abu Sayyaf group from kidnapping and hostage to Indonesian citizens.
Jakarta as one of the provinces in Indonesia which is considered to have a case of Covid 19 is high. The high number of new cases that occurred in Jakarta leads to Jakarta as the area is top (epicenter) in the spread of Covid 19 in Indonesia. Through the Regulation of the Governor of DKI Jakarat No 33 2020 as the basis for the first time Jakarta impose Restrictions on Large-Scale Social (PSBB), which started on April 10, 2020. The application of the PSBB get a response from all parties, both from the public and other stakeholders. The purpose of this research is to analyze the stakeholders and classify stakeholders based on power and interest to the policy PSBB. The research method used is descriptive research kualitatiif with a source of secondary data refers to information that is gathered from sources that already exist. Based on the results of research that the collaboration of stakeholders (stakeholders) such as the local government of DKI Jakarta, academics, employers, the public, and the media became key to the success of the policy PSBB. Keywords: Covid 19, PSBB, Stakeholder
